“This was our first family trip with our 6 month old Goldendoodle and using Rover. Loan was absolutely amazing with our dog, Kona! From the moment we dropped her off, she was so kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made us feel completely at ease. Throughout our two-day trip, she kept us updated with photos and messages, so we always knew Kona was happy, safe, and well cared for. Because of Loan’s wonderful care, we were able to truly relax and enjoy our trip without worrying. It was clear that she genuinely cared for Kona and treated her like one of her own. When we picked up Kona Loan shared a few wonderful comments about Kona. Being this was Kona’s first time being away from us it’s nice to hear feedback.
