David went above and beyond and sent me LOTS of updates and some of the sweetest photos I’ve seen of my dog. Usually a good indicator how they are when you pick them up and my pup was SO calm, happy, and dead asleep for our entire 5 hr drive home, which never happens! I was incredibly nervous about leaving my 8-year-old English Bull Terrier with a sitter for the first time because she is reactive and struggles with anxiety. I’ve often been told that she can be a handful, so I shared all of my concerns with Emily right away. From the beginning, Emily was so reassuring and had such a positive, calming presence that both my pup and I felt comfortable immediately. She sent plenty of pictures and updates, and after a couple of days I realized I didn’t feel the need to check in constantly because my dog was clearly having an amazing time. Emily did everything I asked and went above and beyond. She truly cared for my often-labeled “difficult” pup with patience and kindness. I will absolutely be using Emily again in the future. I’m finally excited to take trips knowing I found someone who cares for my dog almost as much as I do.
Danielle was absolutely amazing with my 8-month-old puppy. She made him feel comfortable right away and handled his introduction to the group so thoughtfully and professionally. Since this was his very first boarding experience, I was nervous, but Danielle sent daily updates that gave me so much peace of mind.
