Here’s some things to know about me: I have been taking care of animals of all sizes my entire life. Turtles, Rabbits, Ferrets, Hamsters, Horses, Cats & Dogs have all been a part of my life. That being said, I’m 💯 % not a Snake or Spider person 🐍!! My 4+ years on Rover has taught me many ways to manage the needs of pets who are coming from all different walks of life & I'm excited to meet yours 🐶! Four 6x6 & Three 10 x 15. • Each Room Has 1 Twin Size Bed, Sheets, & Food / Water Dish • 2 Large Fenced In Yards For Running, Digging, and Playing. • Private Use of The Yards. No Intermingling With Other Dogs. • Swimming Pool Pups Are Welcome To Use • Multiple Outdoor Shade Areas With Covers • Water Bowls In All Common Areas At All Times • Vaccinations Required ( See Below) • Yard Kept Clean of Dog Waste • Outside Toys / Ball Launcher Provided • Crates Provided At No Cost ( If Requested) • 8AM - 8PM Drop Offs / Pick Up Times Available • New Client Property Tour Required For All First Time Bookings • Available 7 Days A Week. Daily Schedule Listed Below ________________________________________ DAILY SCHEDULE ________________________________________ 6AM - 8AM 1 HOUR OUTSIDE ROTATION 7AM - 8AM FEEDING 8AM - 10AM SCHEDULED MEET & GREETS 10AM-11AM 15 MIN OUTSIDE ROTATION 11AM - 4PM 5 HOUR REST IN ROOM 4PM - 5PM 15 MIN OUTSIDE ROTATION 5PM - 6PM FEEDING 4PM-7PM SCHEDULED MEET & GREETS 8PM - 10PM 1 HOUR OUTSIDE ROTATION Please Note: • This schedule is a general guide that varies slightly as day to day needed may change. During summer months outside activities are limited to 15 -30 minute increments during peak heat temperatures (over 100*F). ________________________________________ REQUIRED MEET & GREET ________________________________________ • I require Meet & Greets for all new clients. They typically take 30 minutes depending on the number of dogs listed on the booking. This gives you an opportunity to tour the property & me the opportunity to meet/observe your dog(s). • Meet & Greet can be done virtually via FaceTime Call or Google Meet for clients who are traveling to Las Vegas or have scheduling conflicts. • Schedule permitting, I available for Meet & Greets every day of the week 8AM - 10AM and 4PM - 7PM. ________________________________________ PROVIDED ________________________________________ • Private Boarding Room • Crates in various sizes ( XS - XXL ) (If Needed / Requested) (No Cost) • Food & water dishes • Bed sheets and blanket • Outside toys in the yard • Treats (MilkBone Brand or similar) • Lots of Love, Rubs, Snuggles & One-on-one Interaction ________________________________________ ITEMS YOU BRING ________________________________________ • Dog Food (We can refrigerate if required) • Treats • Medication (If needed) • Toys for inside their room • Dog bed for crate (If preferred. Not required) • Leash and Collar ________________________________________ REQUIRED VACCINATIONS ________________________________________ • I Require All Clientes Have The Following Three (3) Vaccinations: 1. Rabies 2. DHPP or DAPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus) 3. Bordetella (Kennel Cough). • All pets must current on vaccinations to schedule a Meet and Greet or Confirm a Booking. • I require a copy of your vaccination records be texted to me a minimum of 3 days prior to the your booking start date. ________________________________________ PLEASE NOTE ________________________________________ • All pets must be listed on the booking request. • Pets must be non-aggressive. • I take photos / videos of the interactions I have with your pet to insure quality time & love is provided. By completing this booking you are agreeing to allow me the use of these images & videos including but not limited too: - client communication about their pets experience - website images - social media accounts - marketing materials • I am here to interact with your pet in the funnest & safest ways available to us. If for any reason safety is a concern, future reservations may be refused. • I ask that clients keep their pets care, emergency contact, feeding instructions & veterinarian information up-to-date in the Rover app. ________________________________________ CANCELATION POLICY ________________________________________ • A full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00pm one week (seven days) before the service begins. 12:00pm is determined by the sitter's time zone. • If cancelled later than 12:00pm one week before the stay begins, a 50% refund is available for the first seven cancelled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days
