“Amazing and phenomenal! Our jaws literally dropped when Fran was able to calm and befriend our little critter, Cash. Our other pet Bella is timid and sweet, no issues taking for walks; but Cash (Bella's dad) has some trust issues and overly protective. He's a sweet doggo when with us, but lashes and barks at both people and dogs whenever we take him for walks. Can be frustrating so we can't take him for walks as much as we want to. The first time Cash met Fran, he was in attack mode! Barks and took small bites at Fran, to show just how ferocious he is infront of his parents! But Fran was so patient and kind with Cash, took him for a walk just the two of them, and after just about 10 minutes, they came back as friends! My jaw dropped. Literally! I was like, Cash is that you?! 😆 Fran took Bella and Cash for walks and even had them groomed! Fran is amazing and will take care of your furry babies, with tender lovin care! Highly recommended! Thank you for taking good care of Cash and Bella, we appreciate it. La ringrazio! We will booking again!”

From the daily walks to the play sessions with Mr. Pants (Amy’s very dignified and surprisingly dog-tolerant cat), Lulu had a little vacation of her own. Amy kept us in the loop with thoughtful morning and end of day updates complete with adorable pictures that made us both relieved and slightly jealous. David went above and beyond and sent me LOTS of updates and some of the sweetest photos I’ve seen of my dog. He LOVED playing with their kids and pup and it made me so happy to see him looking so relaxed and loved. Usually a good indicator how they are when you pick them up and my pup was SO calm, happy, and dead asleep for our entire 5 hr drive home, which never happens! It honestly felt like he didn’t want to leave, and that says everything. I’m just so grateful to have found them. David was super communicative, flexible, and his family was just genuinely lovely. The whole family came out to say goodbye to him during pick up which was so sweet… I only wish I lived closer because I’d book with them all the time. Thank you so, so so so much.”
