Prior to their stay, Huan asked questions to clarify their daily routines and made several recommendations. She is very knowledgeable; you can tell she adores dogs and has a lot of experience training and taking care of them. Throughout the dogs’ week long stay, she sent us photos and videos everyday of meal times, walks, and poops. The poop photos were mainly to show how healthy they were because two of the dogs sometimes have digestive issues. Huan provided daily updates and contacted us whenever anything came up; we felt confident she had everything under control and that if any issues were to arise she would inform us immediately. With this being our first time booking an overnight board for our dogs, Huan eased all of our concerns before and during their stay. We felt all the dogs were very well taken care of with good routine. They seemed to really enjoy themselves during their stay as if they were on a fun vacation! Highly recommend booking with Huan as she did a wonderful job! We would not hesitate to book her again.”
