Lulu was the best! Our Labradoodle, Emi, is shy and somewhat anxious around others but with Lulu she warmed up quickly and we could tell she had a great time and was well taken care of. Lulu put us at ease from the moment we arrived and shared regular updates and a great personalized video that showed her attentiveness and dedication to her boarding guests. Next trip to LV, Lulu will be our Rover 'go-to'...we're so happy we found her and she was available. Thank you, again, Lulu!
We had a wonderful experience leaving Puffy in Sun’s care while we were on vacation. From the very beginning, it was clear that Sun (along with her husband) is an experienced, thoughtful, and genuinely loving dog caregiver. Sun took Puffy for a walk every morning, and every evening she and her husband would walk and play with Puffy together. We really appreciated how much time, attention, and companionship they gave her throughout our trip. What impressed us especially was Sun’s understanding of dog behavior. She told us that Puffy would probably need about three days to fully adjust to the new environment, and she was absolutely right. Her experience and knowledge gave us a lot of confidence and reassurance while we were away. Sun also paid attention to little details that showed how much she cared about Puffy’s comfort. Puffy is a medium-sized dog and Sun provided a raised feeding bowl so Puffy would not have to bend her neck as much while eating. It may seem like a small thing, but it really showed how thoughtful and knowledgeable Sun is when it comes to caring for dogs. Most importantly, we could tell from the daily photos that Puffy was treated with genuine love and became very comfortable in Sun’s home. Being away was much easier knowing that Puffy was in such caring and capable hands. We are extremely happy with the care Puffy received and would absolutely trust Sun to watch her again in the future. We highly recommend Sun to anyone looking for an experienced, attentive, dependable, and loving dog sitter!
Patricia was wonderful with our dog, Sage! She was caring, attentive, and great at communicating with us throughout Sage’s stay. Emmeline was an exceptional sitter for our Golden Dino. He has a heart condition that requires twice a day medications and 13 different pills a day, plus monitoring if he has complications. He’s also a massive food sneak and eats everyone else’s food. He’s a handful. She was very attentive to him and he had a great time. We were out of the country for two weeks. She sent daily updates with photos and it was obvious he felt loved and a part of her family. Thank you. We won’t hesitate to book again.
Jeff and Cindy are just the best! This was our first time leaving Copi Lou with them and it was a wonderful experience. Copi has a few special needs and they were all met with excellence. We had such a great experience with Gee! Even though it was just for one night, we felt completely comfortable leaving Chico in her care.
