Nicolette was the perfect drop-in pet sitter for my cat while I was out of the country for a week. She was communicative, quick to respond, punctual, and even went above and beyond by cleaning up after my cat when she got sick. She gave her treats, played with her, and kept me updated with photos. I felt very comfortable having Nicolette care for my cat in my home and would absolutely recommend her (and would use her again for any future trips!).
Jay was the perfect sitter for Scott. It was a pretty last-minute set, and Jay came before I left to get the run of Scott’s eating schedule. Jason sent lots of photos and even a video to help me feel at ease. That was my first use of Rover and I am super happy with Jay.
We’ve been so happy with Harold! This was our first time using Rover since we’ve always had friends or family watch our dogs, but when they weren’t available, Harold stepped in and made us feel completely at ease. On his first stay, our dog Monterey was absolutely terrified, she barked, kept her distance, and wouldn’t let him near her. Harold was calm, patient, and respectful the entire time. With persistence and kindness, he was able to earn her trust, and by the end, she had completely warmed up to him. Both times he has cared for our dogs, Harold has been punctual, reliable, and very professional. We feel confident leaving our pets in his care and are so grateful to have found him!

It was so important to me that I find a cat person to give my fur baby the same love and affection that I would, which is why I felt so confident asking Ren to care for Freya while I was out of the country. I could tell from the pictures and notes that my cat was perfectly happy and healthy and I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying! Additionally, I also asked her to feed my sourdough starter, which was also happy and healthy when i returned home!
