I’ve been the sole caretaker of my sweet girl Luna for 8 years, so I’m very in tune with routines and the small details that keep pets feeling safe and comfortable. I grew up around a variety of animals: dogs, cats, chickens, and pigs so I’m confident handling different personalities, energy levels, and care needs. I’m active and enjoy getting pets the exercise they need, while also providing calm, reliable companionship :) I treat every pet like my own and communicate in whatever way makes you most comfortable, whether that’s frequent updates or just a quick check in-so you always feel at ease while you’re away! Things were great until the last day. When you entrust someone to watch your pet you expect consistency. I received updates everyday except the last day. Something wasn’t right. When I text asking if she was sleeping in she called me. I had found out her boyfriend was her transportation because I was sent screen shot of him using her access code to get into my community. She told me in our meet and greet that she had a car. When I asked her who was using the personal gate code that’s when she told me she didn’t have a car and it was her boyfriend. I told her I wanted to meet at the house when I got home and she agreed. I received no more updates on my pet. When I got home where was pee in several places on my couch. I’ve text her with no response back. So frustrating. This is the second pet sitter that has lied to me in this app.

She's nice via the app and meet and greet and the first day. But after that, I'm not sure if she was just having an off day or something but she barely played with our puppy(which is super easy as she will play with literally anything or just leave her toys on the floor at least), didn't stick to the schedule for the puppy either (everyone knows this is important) and I'm not talking about missing it by 20-30 mins, hours. We have one automatic litter box and one regular, the regular litter box was not cleaned at all in 3 days. Reviewing camera footage shows her what looks to be drunk at 8 am and hours of what seems like a breakdown both inside the house and outside the house to the point we got major complaints from neighbors when we got back. Maybe it was just off day(s) but I can't really recommend her to anybody. The only reason why it's not a 1 star is that first day(after 1pm btw so day is almost finished) we felt comfortable with leaving and she did do a couple of walks with her.
Drew was great with Pumpkin and Cash! She took such good care of them and kept me updated, which gave me peace of mind. I really appreciate her help and would definitely have her watch them again.
Drew is amazing!! Even my shy kitties came out to visit her. Highly recommended!!
We did noticed she cleaned the litter boxes but when viewing cameras again she was just sitting on her phone barely interacting with the cats.

I follow your pets routine, bring baggies for walks, and have a crate if needed. Pets are welcome on furniture for cuddles (if allowed) 🥰 I keep things clean, calm, and stress-free so they feel right at home while you’re away!
