Heather is exactly the type of sitter you want - attentive and asking all the right questions, like how to make your dog’s stay comfortable and how to set up her crate just right. Kiwi can be a little picky with her food, but she was patient and thoughtful, adding wet food and trying different feeding times to make sure she ate. Heather sent regular updates and photos of Kiwi playing, lounging around, and doing whatever it is dogs do. She also took her on regular walks throughout the day and kept us updated on how those went. Her dogs are well-mannered and were very friendly upon meeting Kiwi. I would not hesitate to trust her with Kiwi again!!”

“WOW! Not enough words to explain how amazing Hannah is! THANK YOUUU HANNAH! It was the first time leaving our 10 month old golden, Charlie. He has so much energy and we were hoping for the best. Hannah and her pups were the perfect match, took in Charlie with open hands and paws. Hannah’s communication via updates (messages/photos) is flawless. Charlie got to socialize and make new best pup friends with Hannah’s squad, yet Hannah would still give Charlie 1v1 time with walks and loves. “I was a little leery at first to leave our baby with a stranger who watches multiple dogs at one time; however.... Joanne and her family were wonderful. She sent multiple pictures every day and Tips was playing with all the other dogs and eating along side them. This made me feel more at easy leaving him. She has private cubicles for each dog, beds for them to sleep in, access to their fenced yard and has a dog park near by. After this dog boarding with Joanne, I would HIGHLY recommend her and will definitely use her again. Thanks Joanne for making Tips have a wonderful vacation while we were gone.”
