This was my first time using Rover, and Naoko exceeded all of my expectations. She followed every instruction for my pup and was incredibly attentive the entire time. I especially appreciated all the updates and photos she sent, it made being away so much easier. She’s very detailed, responsible, and clearly loves what she does. I’m so glad we found Naoko and will absolutely book with her again!
Allison is a wonderful pet sitter. Her house is the perfect set up for our dogs with a large yard, doggie door, and even a comfortable couch that the dogs can lay on outside! I love it that she rarely leaves the dogs alone and always responds promptly if I text her. Also her daily updates and pictures are so appreciated. I couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Vicky. Our dogs stayed with her and her husband for a couple of days, and it truly couldn’t have gone better. They are both incredibly kind, welcoming, and it’s so clear how much they genuinely care about animals. Our dogs came home happy and relaxed, which says everything. The dogs clearly had a wonderful time, and we will absolutely be reaching out to Vicky again. Highly recommend!
