Information Marissa N. would like to know about your pet

I do not have any preference for breeds! I only ask that you inform me of any allergies or social preferences your dog may have. For example: some dogs are afraid of men, hats, children, other dogs, hate cats etc. Also, any house rules for your pets. (are they allowed on furniture, can they eat "human" food, etc.)

A typical day

We can take walks in your neighborhood, in a nearby park, or trail! Let me know if your pup has a favorite spot to take a stroll!

Lifetime Dog Lover!

Pet care experience

I love dogs of all shapes and sizes! Spending time with animals, especially dogs, truly brings me pure joy! I have had pets all my life and have experience working in the Pet Boarding industry as well as in a Clinical Veterinary setting as a Vet Assistant. If you choose me to pet-sit your dog, I will treat your pup as if it were my own and give them all the love and attention they deserve. If you request at any time, I would love to send updates and photos of how they are doing with me to help ease your mind while you are away! I am experienced in positive reinforcement training and will be sure to follow any training guidelines you may have already established with your dog - I know how frustrating it can be when training is not kept consistent! In addition, I have volunteered with a non-profit organization to help "puppy raise" service dogs in training and begin early training practices.

She was amazing and would 100% use again. She was really flexible with us and our dog loved her!

Marissa was so great at accommodating our moose on short notice. We are so thankful she was able to take him in over night and had a nice fenced in yard for him to get a good run/outdoor time! I’m sure he had a great time! Would totally recommend her and would use her again!

We had to find someone to watch Harvey last minute and I'm so thankful we found Marissa! Harvey is kinda grumpy and I was worried he'd be anxious, but he really liked her. It made my trip less stressful knowing that he was in good hands.

Marissa is wonderful - reliable and clearly loves dogs. My rescue dog can be a bit hesitant about new people, but she took quickly to Marissa. Will continue to use her for walking and boarding needs.
