“This was our first time using Jimmy and Nhuy and we had a great experience! Our dog was a bit timid at first with new people but they treated her like part of their family and I don’t think she wanted to leave! She became quick friends with their dog Teddy. Jimmy and Nhuy communicated often and were quick to reply. They exercised her daily and let her sleep in their bed just like she does at home. Thank you Jimmy and Nhuy for taking great care of Autumn and making me feel comfortable during my time away from her!”

“This was Sammy and Jake’s first time. Ellie was very accommodating.she made being away from our babies easy. We received noted, pictures and short movies through out our 4.5 days away. She took them for walk 2x’s a day as well as played with them out back on grassybackyard. We highly recommend Ellie and her family.”

“I will start by saying i have never left my dog at a sitter, and so i was a little apprehensive. but when you meet a SUPER person and you have the feeling that all will be fine you go with your gut instinct! I am not sure i can use all the amazing words that Naoko is but i will try, caring, loving, shows her affection with dogs and super amazing! She also sends you videos all the time of your dog, which helped us in knowing he is well taken care of, gave him his daily medicine with no problem and just loved him overall <3 If you are looking for a responsible person to love your dog while you have to be away, please HIRE her shes one great person!”

The daily videos and updates were such a gift—seeing Zelda happy, active, and so well-loved truly warmed our hearts.❤️🥳🙏 Zelda is typically quite reserved and anti-social around other dogs, but Fran has a special touch. She took Zelda to the park every day, gently encouraging her to engage and socialize, and the transformation has been amazing. Zelda has become noticeably more confident and comfortable around other dogs—something we’ve been hoping to see for a long time.💕💕 She also had the joy of sleepovers with Fran’s adorable dogs, Harpo and Hunny, plus adventures to local festivities. Fran even gave Zelda a spa day—complete with a bath and nail trim—making her feel pampered and cared for like royalty! 🥳💕 We were especially impressed by Fran’s attentiveness and creativity. She picked up on Zelda’s quirky habit of pushing her food bowl around and spilling her meals, and thoughtfully secured the bowl in place so Zelda could eat comfortably without making a mess. Fran also taught Zelda how to use the dog flap at her home—something Zelda had never done before. It’s amazing to see how much Zelda learned and grew in just over a week.😍💕 Fran is more than just a sitter—she’s a true dog whisperer, an innovator, and someone who deeply connects with the animals in her care. She’s a gem on Rover, and we are so thankful to have found her. Without a doubt, we will definitely be rebooking with Fran again!❤️🥳😍”
