Marie took wonderful care of Attie while we were away last week. She was highly communicative, caring, and kept us updated throughout the stay, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. There was a small accident where Attie ingested some chocolate, but Marie acted quickly, got her appropriate medical treatment right away, and kept me posted every step of the way. Ultimately, Attie was completely fine and came home in great spirits. It was clear Attie was well cared for while we were away, and I really appreciated Marie’s honesty, responsiveness, and dedication throughout everything. I would absolutely trust her to watch Attie again.
Helaina was a spectacular hostess for our dog 🐕 Bruno. Sadly we couldn't be there for him during his 1st Birthday. No problem, Helaina surprised us with pictures of Bruno wearing a birthday hat 🥳 and pictures enjoying a doggy treat for his special day. Helaina's communication was really exceptional. She also surprised us with regular pictures and the occasional video to keep us in touch with Bruno.
Jocelynn was top notched in providing updates of Kuma's daily activities. We had less worries about our puppy. She's also on point in following Kuma's medication schedules. She has shown honest care with Kuma. Kuma would love to come back to her again in the future.
Couldnt have asked for a better sitter, it was my first time using Rover and she took care of both of my babies with such good care and daily picture updates (so cute), even had my baby dressed up for the holidays! And Henry is the sweetest dog ever. Had 0 worries for 16 days. Thank you Carol!
Rosalía was very friendly, she and her husband greeted us on the first day of dog sitting. They had a designated area prepared for our dog to use. It appears they followed our dog’s meal plan and also provided eye drops when needed. We also received numerous photos of our dog sunbathing on their back patio. And, we were told, he willingly went on a short walk to the neighborhood park. We definitely plan to use her again in very near future.
As a first time user of a pet sitter, I was am very happy with Ashleigh. She was inquisitive, responsive, and informative while my dogs were with her. She made accommodations to make my dogs feel more comfortable in an unfamiliar setting. Both of my dogs seem happy and cared for unpon my return.
Kait was great. It was our first time using Rover and first time leaving our dog for this long. She was patient with all of our questions. She provided updates while we were away and we never had to worry. Overall we are very happy with our experience and will definitely reserve with Kait again.
