“Rafaela was a great fit for us and our dog because she has high energy and a great love for animals. Her space was inviting for dog play which is what my dog got to do and loved it. She also had other dogs so the socializing was a big plus. We have used other boarding clinics and my dog just stayed in a kennel or concrete space and only allowed an hour of play a day and not with other dogs. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth and she is fun to chat with and has an extensive background with animal care. We really appreciated all the photos and quick replies to messages when we were needing to communicate with Rafaela. Overall, we highly recommend Rafaela and will use her again.”

But upon seeing Sandra, my nervous baby immediately got excited and rushed towards her, and hardly reacted to me leaving (bitter sweet lol). It lt calmed my nerves to know my baby immediately felt safe with Sandra. Not only did Sandra accept my last minute request for a Thanksgiving boarding, she took such good care of my baby! I could see that Chase would give Peanut the attention and care that he needed. Chase is an incredible young man who truly loves watching dogs. This will be my first time leaving my very attached baby girl with a total stranger, and it was the best decision I’ve made by far, Shiyenne is a dog whisperer Lucy doesn’t let anyone pick her up and hold her but by some miracle Shiyenne was able to. She sent me pictures and brief progress reports on how my baby was settling in. Shiyenne made this experience truly amazing and accommodating. We will return in July. Thanks for the absolute best sitter Shiyenne.
Thank you Ivan for being so consistent with your service! This is the 3rd time we booked him for boarding and he always goes beyond just boarding. He made sure communication is open, sending us pictures and videos. He even walked my dogs which is not a reqmt for the boarding. Alexandria Is the best!! Its my second time boarding My Husky Lucy and I know she was is great hands. Alexandria keeping me updated on all Lucy’s adventures via pictures and messages. Lucy loves all the love and attention Alexandria and her husband give. I know My fur baby is in great and caring hands when I travel. Alexandria and husband are my go to whenever I need a planned or last minute caregiver. Lucy has made life time fur friends while in Alexandria care, if you need a loving couple to watch your fur babies look not further. You found them!!! Definitely booking again in May, my fur baby will be in great hands as I travel away for a weekend for a graduation ceremony. Thank goodness I found them!!!
We cannot recommend Aissa enough! We were away for the weekend and felt completely at ease knowing our boys were in such good hands. Aissa is trustworthy and clearly loves animals. She sent us daily pictures and updates, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. We will definitely be booking again!

Absolutely amazing experience with Jason! This was our first time using the app, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jason was incredibly responsive from the very beginning and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire boarding process. We had a last minute booking and a very specific request. Our dogs had to be a part of our wedding ceremony. We were getting married that weekend and needed someone we could trust to safely drop off our girls at the chapel. Jason not only agreed without hesitation but executed everything perfectly. That peace of mind during such an important moment meant the world to us. When we arrived, Jason warmly welcomed us into his home. He introduced our girls to his own dogs (who looked like full sizeed versions of ours, it was adorable!) and we could immediately tell he genuinely loves dogs as much as we do. It was clear our girls would be in great hands, and we felt completely at ease leaving them with him. Throughout their stay, Jason sent regular updates, photos, and messages, which we truly appreciated. It made us feel connected and reassured knowing they were happy and well cared for. Abbie and Layla had a wonderful time with Jason, and we will definitely be trusting him with our girls again in the future. Highly recommend him for anyone who needs a loving, reliable pet caregiver! 🥰🐶
