Shiyenne was more than willing to take her in so we could go to shows and things without having to worry about our Wendi. She even advised that we board instead of use daycare to save money and time. She would give us updates, photos, and videos of Wendi daily and was very responsive each time we reached out wanting to know how she was doing. “Jaclyn was amazing, she took care of my two german shepherd husky dogs and I felt they were in good hands from the moment I dropped them off. Jaclyn and her husband were waiting for me at the garage right on time exactly when I arrived to their house for the dropoff. They introduced themselves to me and my dogs, and got to know me and LISTENED to me mentioning I was going on a trip for my daughter. All throughout my doggies stay, she updated me with lots and lots of pictures and status updates of my dogs and hers playing and having fun. Every time I messaged her, she replied so quickly and promptly, and followed my care instructions very closely. Pickup was also a breeze and she even included a nice surprise treat goodie bag for my dogs to take home. I’ll definitely be rebooking and 10/10 would recommend her. She loves my doggies like her own!!!”
