Angel regularly sent photos and the sweetest updates about Missy’s interactions with her dogs, cats, and child—even sharing an adorable picture of Missy “assisting” her while she worked, sitting on her lap and resting. Missy and I are very bonded, and she had never been left with anyone outside of family before, so I was understandably nervous about leaving her during the holidays. “Kris was absolutely amazing with my cat Kobi! I’m super picky about who watches him because of bad past experiences, and he’s a rescue with some trauma, so I always worry about leaving him. Kobi is also very clingy and can be a little mischievous at times, but Kris handled him with so much patience, love, and care. She met him beforehand, and he instantly gravitated toward her—I knew right then it would be a good fit. While I was away, she kept me updated with photos and messages, followed all of my (very detailed) instructions perfectly, and truly made me feel at ease. I was actually able to enjoy my trip without stressing about him, which is rare for me! I came home to a happy cat and a spotless apartment—she even made sure his litter box and food bowls were clean. About: I been knowing I wanted to work in the animal field since I was in the 6th grade. I have work in a few animal hospital. I was going to school to become a veterinary technician. I have open availability after 8:30 am. I am open to doing stays, in home stays, drop in visits, and walks. Typical day is walks feeding and water, playtime and belly rubs. We use Rover for our pets when needed, so we understand the importance of finding someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and responsible, but also someone who can make your pet feel a little less alone when you are away. Let us be the break your pet needs throughout the day! We do walks, dog parks, stop-in visits, brief home visits, or longer stays (up to two weeks - and at our place only please). We also do baths, play time (obviously!), and errands. We can also follow any training techniques in place. I’m self employed, running a nonprofit that serves veterans and first responders. We advocate and bring awareness to suicide prevention and mental health initiatives. Since I’m self employed, and given the nature of the daily operations pertaining to my job, I have flexibility. Our “dog proof” home comes with a large, fenced in backyard. We have a doggie pool, all basic dog supplies, dog training supplies, all basic cat supplies, leashes, etc. If we are traveling to your home, we suggest that you send us clear, step-by-step instructions and any expectations you may have, and trust that we will exceed your expectations. About: I do not have kids so dogs are a great substitute for the everyday necessities I will need when raising my own children (except for playing fetch,..haha)...I also live with roommates that love to play & host pets that are visiting. So any visiting pet is always being attended to by caring people. I have a large home with a large backyard for free roaming. My dog Koda is very friendly to visiting dogs, he allows them to use his bed if they so choose. He is not bothered if they eat his food, he is just very happy when he has company & does not cause problems. We will take care of your family member to the day of pickup...Hope to see ya soon
About: Retired from Retail Management in 2010 and now my retirement has gone to the dogs! Been pet sitting for 8 years in Michigan, recently moved to Vegas and starting my business here, miss my time with the critters. have have never had to cancel an assignment. Dog and cat visits. Enjoy a meet and greet with owners to be sure your pet is getting the exact care they are used to and keep a steady routine for them. Any “accidents “ are cleaned. Really enjoy each little furry friend I work with and have built some great relationships. Make it a point to keep owners very well informed each day of our activities. Also very open to work with you on vacation visits, of 3 to 4 times a day and mail pick up, flower watering ect. I also work with local animal shelter as volunteer coordinator. As mentioned previously, retired so schedule is open 7 days a week and am available any time of day. Will give ample notice of any days I will not be available. During the meet and greet will discuss with you any safety concerns you may have, like that rambunctious dog down the street that you would rather your pet not have contact with. We will discuss leashes and if you have a particular one you want used.
About: I've had pets as long as I've been alive. I've always loved having a dog as close to me as possible 🤣. Big and small dogs are always in good hands with me! I love to take the dogs on walks, weather permitting. Im a stay at home mom so pet care is in my cards, your pet will rarely ever be alone, this is my FT job :) I love learning about new animals, and playing with them all day long. Even if it's playing ball for 12 hours 🤣. I have a fenced off yard that is also tall for even the most bold escapee dogs. I don't allow many people in my home. Only those I trust. I have a gate to my community, and cameras outside of my home. I do offer drop in service, and can come often.
