She kept me fully updated the whole time and sent lots of great photos, which I really appreciated. It made such a difference being able to see how he was doing. Pico is used to being with me all the time, so social interaction is really important for him. Anh adjusted to Pico’s needs and routine and also made him part of hers - giving him so much extra love and attention. You can’t always guarantee that level of care when you’re away, and I’m so grateful I never had to worry. I would absolutely recommend Anh to anyone without hesitation!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life. I grew up with them and my family has owned them ever since I was a baby. My parents got me my own dog when I was 8 and I’ve loved them ever since. Neighbors, friends, and family have all trusted me to care for their fur babies over the years whether it be short trips or long term. I love dogs and am excited to help care for yours! I just moved to the DC area and am looking for work I can do between travels. I don’t have another job, so when I’m in town I am available any day and anytime. I will be starting federal certifications soon but that will be done online. I have a fenced yard in a gated community. I have 3 small Yorkies who are friendly with other dogs. They do have their own room if I need to keep them separate. I can board dogs here, stay at your home, or stop in and check on them…whatever works best for you! About: Being with the NFB {National Federation of The Blind}, I've been around dogs for a very long time. When their owners need a break, I allow them to have time for themselves, and be able to be a regular dog for a bit. I love helping them get groomed, make sure that they're well fed, enjoying walks with them, a whole bunch of other things, including playing with them. This helps the inner child within me, because I'm able to finally reconnect with dogs in a way that I've been reconnecting for the longest amount of time. Thank you for trusting me with them, and have a safe day. Currently, I am working part-time at another job, but hopefully this will be my point of income for a while. I absolutely love the concept of just being paid to play with animals that I have always loved. I can do that any given time frame, any given day, just as long as you are public transportation accessible, I am on my way. I can absolutely assure safety, because I'm a little paranoid about my own. I will make sure that if there's anything I need to know, I will scare me areas around me, know what potential risks there are, potential accidents that could happen, and anything else that needs to be paid attention to. Kayla did a great job for us, both housesitting and pet care (2 cats) for two weeks while we were traveling internationally. She is reliable, responsible, and an excellent communicator. The house was in great shape when we returned and she sent nearly daily updates on the kitties (with pictures) so we could travel without worry. This was the first time that I worked with Bradley and had him both house sit and most importantly dog sit for my 135 lb. mastiff mix dog. He did a great job caring for Bosco; Bosco was in great shape when I returned from my trip. Bradley also cared for the house, getting the mail, checking for damage after a major thunderstorm and then letting me know that everything was ok. When I returned everything was in great condition and clean. I would not hesitate to ask Bradley for help when the need arises.
I had never met Emily before our meet and greet, so this was my first experience with her housesitting for my two kittens. Do not be put off by her low number of reviews on the platform - snatch Emily up when you can and help her grow her business on here. During the meet and greet and during her time watching Enzo and Romeo, she was thoughtful, respectful, and asked good questions. She was wonderful with the cats, they looked so happy in all the photos and videos she sent each day. We came back, as others have mentioned, to a very tidy apartment, and she had even washed the sheets which was so appreciated but not necessary! Our boys were so soft (and we can tell they are happy and healthy by the quality of their coats) so they were clearly happy and healthy after Emily cared for them. We will be thrilled to hire her again and trust her to care for our babies!
Mickela was truly a dream house sitter! She was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, sent lots of photos and updates, and, most importantly, spent so much time with our pets. We really appreciated knowing they were getting plenty of attention and care while we were away. Our dog has epilepsy and needs medication, which Mickela handled with no problem at all. He also has a habit of getting into things and eating things he shouldn’t, and she was so understanding and attentive to his quirks. She took such great care of both our pets and made us feel completely at ease. On top of all of that, she was extremely tidy and left our house absolutely spotless. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would highly recommend Mickela to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, responsive, and respectful of their home. We would absolutely have her stay with our pets again!
Trina was absolutely amazing! She kept me fully informed with regular updates throughout the entire stay, which gave me total peace of mind. To make things even better, my travel plans got seriously delayed on my way home, and Trina was incredibly responsible and accommodating. Oksana was absolutely phenomenal, and we could not have asked for a better person to care for our dogs, Bo and Kobi. She was professional, reliable, and treated them with so much care and attention. Despite the summer heat and temperatures reaching 95 degrees, Oksana consistently took Bo and Kobi on walks once or twice a day and made sure they stayed happy and well cared for. She also looked after our home and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Communication was excellent throughout, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about our dogs’ well being. Natalie is an outstanding sitter. She is super professional and intentional with caregiving. Our dogs got plenty of exercise, stayed on their schedule, and got a ton of extra attention while we were away. We received updates and photos throughout.
