Hello, my name is Roy and I can't wait to have your pup in my home as an honorary member. I all have a huge heart for dogs of all breeds and sizes! I have had years of experience dog watching, check out the reviews and pictures. I have watched dogs as small as a 4 week old hound, that I crate trained, to as big as a Great Pyrenees, a regular. I have extra space in my home and a nice size a fully fenced-in backyard and want to share it with some furry friends. I have a flexible work from home schedule so I am able to watch dogs early in the morning too late at night. I can provide lots of care and specialized attention for your dog while you are away. I am able to administer medication and I am very comfortable with big dogs. My goal is to provide a safe and loving environment. Please allow me to make my home your pets home away from home. Please note my daily rate is the minimum I charge. Very rare, but there may be additional charges for special services or request.

I am a first time Rover user, and was for a long time very wary of allowing strangers to take care of my fur babies. Roy, unequivocally, is the reason this site works. Roy communicated often, thoroughly, and was even patient when we had app difficulties and my communication lapsed. Roy took care of my two dogs and one cat and provided stimulation and lots of cuddles. We came home to a house that was pristine and three happy and healthy pets. As I told Roy personally, having the peace of mind to actually enjoy the vacation is nearly invaluable. We are very thankful to Roy and will definitely be booking again should the time come!
Roy was absolutely amazing with our dog, Tango! Tango can be picky with other dogs and occasionally a bit reactive, so we were nervous when we learned Roy had another dog staying with him. Roy was upfront and honest about it from the beginning, clearly explained all of our options, and offered to keep the dogs separated if needed. His communication put us at ease right away. Throughout Tango’s stay, Roy sent us constant updates and photos, which really helped with our own anxiety. Tango also gets a little anxious when he’s alone, and we were so impressed by the way Roy took the time to understand his quirks and needs. He even let Tango hang out on the couch (with a sheet on it!) so he could look out the window, Tango’s absolute favorite thing to do. In the end, Tango actually got along great with the other dog, which was such a pleasant surprise and a testament to how well Roy managed introductions and the environment. Overall, we felt incredibly comfortable and cared for, and we would definitely trust Roy with Tango again
Roy is an amazing human being and phenonenal dogsitter! Roy has been sitting our German Shepherd, Clay, for two years now and he has become a part of our family! Clay loves going to visit and spend time with Roy. Roy is amazing with dogs and they gravitate to him. He lets Clay roam and play in his backyard, he plays tug of war with Clay and his toys and sends us adorable pictures when we are out of town. We highly recommend Roy for your dogsitting needs!
Roy was lovely! He took great care of our 15 year old pup, Gideon. He followed ALL the routines and instructions and kept us informed along the way. Even when there were some unexpected behavior issues and accidents, Roy handled everything and got Gideon back on track. So grateful for him!
My doggie always enjoys his visits with Roy.

I work from home during the day. I am an early bird so I can accept drop offs early in the morning before you start your commute to work.

I have an enclosed backyard with a lot of space and shade. This makes it easy to let dogs out to stretch in between walks.

I have a nice size backyard for fetching and general play time. I have plenty of space inside my home incase the weather is bad.
