“Anh was amazing with Pico. She jumped in last minute and handled everything so thoughtfully - including some unexpected tummy issues and his occasional puppy chaos. She kept me fully updated the whole time and sent lots of great photos, which I really appreciated. It made such a difference being able to see how he was doing. Pico is used to being with me all the time, so social interaction is really important for him. Anh adjusted to Pico’s needs and routine and also made him part of hers - giving him so much extra love and attention. You can’t always guarantee that level of care when you’re away, and I’m so grateful I never had to worry. I would absolutely recommend Anh to anyone without hesitation!”

“Alayza gave us peace of mind, which is always our top priority. She was punctual and friendly, and our pets immediately took to her. We certainly recommend her services.”

“Mark was amazing with our dog, going above and beyond with him when we were out of town. We have a high energy dog and mark took him on several long walks. He was really great about sending photos too! And he took great care of our cat , checking on her multiple times . We look forward to working with him again soon!”

“Shannon was great and took really good care of Lady! She sent pictures and was very communicative the whole time. I could tell she really cared for Lady while she watched her.”

“This is the second time we had Jayne stay with our dogs and once again everything went very smoothly! It's so great not to have to worry while we are away! The pups were happy and the house was clean upon our return- thank you Jayne! ”
“This was our 2nd time booking Hannah, and our first time being away from our dog for so long. Hannah kept us updated with pictures and anecdotes throughout the day. We would definitely book with Hannah again in the future.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Stephanie. She went above and beyond caring for our Penny. We're still training Penny, who is a puppy, and Stephanie helped reinforce good behavior on walks and inside. Penny even got a nice massage and music therapy! We hope to have Stephanie care for Penny again.”

“Kalani took great care of my very active cat and my sensitive cat. She was communicative and sent regular updates and photos. I would not hesitate to ask Kalani to watch them again!”

“Karima took excellent care of our dog Goose and our apartment while we were away for over a week. She was caring, responsive, and helpful throughout her stay. She sent us daily updates and was very professional. She left our apartment clean and Goose absolutely loved her! I would definitely book with Karima again and suggest her for any of your dog sitting needs.”

“Jayla did a wonderful job caring for our home and our dog Eli and I would certainly book again in the future. She was communicative, reliable, responsive, and took care of everything we had asked of her.”

“5+ stars. All the stars! Due to my schedule I couldn't do a meet and greet beforehand, but that didn't change anything. Our 3 Bullies LOVED her! You would've thought she had been with them before. I returned home to happy, safe, and exercised doggies! I had such peace just knowing they were taken care of. She has skills. Period!”

“This was the first time that I worked with Bradley and had him both house sit and most importantly dog sit for my 135 lb. mastiff mix dog. He did a great job caring for Bosco; Bosco was in great shape when I returned from my trip. Bradley also cared for the house, getting the mail, checking for damage after a major thunderstorm and then letting me know that everything was ok. When I returned everything was in great condition and clean. I would not hesitate to ask Bradley for help when the need arises.”

“Gabz was awesome to work with. From our first meet and greet to the last message after we are back home from a weekend away Gabz was easy to talk to and very friendly. The pups loved their walks and chill out time with Gabz. Thank you, Gabz for cleaning up Balto’s vomit. Five stars for that!”

“Edmond did a great job keeping me upset with lots of information about what he and Hobbs did, sent me plenty of pictures and Hobbs loved him! Would highly recommend!”

“Aliyah watched my four pets (2 cats and 2 dogs) for 6 days while I was out of state and she was amazing! Some of my pets are elderly and have some medical issues. Aliyah followed all my instructions and went above and beyond when there was a little bit of an issue towards the end of the vacation (just dogs being dogs, nothing Aliyah did wrong or could have prevented). I will absolutely utilize her services as long as she offers them!”

“Taylor was fabulous! She watched our two dogs at our house for a week and took excellent care of them. She communicated well and left the house in pristine condition. Overall, a wonderful experience!”

“Used Tobias while we went away on vacation. He was great with Bailey and Kali. He listened to our care instructions and attended to their needs perfectly. He is extremely easy going and communicative. Loved getting pics everyday to see how our dogs were doing. Def will rebook and recommend him to anyone”
About: Hey Furriends! I’ve been a dog mom for 8 years so I deeply understand how important it is to make sure your pet is safe and cared for while you are away. In 2020 I decided that this was my lifestyle so I went and started my first pet care job at a dog daycare and I instantly caught on quickly and have been in the daycare business ever since. As I recently resigned as Assistant Manager at a local daycare I’ve decided to be at your pups beacon call. I have experience with elderly pets, pets that need meds, pets with anxiety, puppies/kittens and disabled pets. I am extremely punctual with directions and not only that I can be your pets bestie until you get back. I enjoy giving kisses, walks, belly rubs, treats and cuddles. My goal is to give your pet a comfy home environment so you and your pet can feel all around great hospitality. I also drive so I have reliable transportation to get wherever needed. I’m extremely great at communicating so please feel free to reach out no matter the time! Hopefully I’ll be booking with you very soon. I’m extremely flexible! I drive for Lyft so I’m able to make my own hours, I have my own car so I’m able to get from point A to point B in a timely fashion! As I have 4 years of pet care experience I know that patience, a clear head and being attentive is the best way to keep everyone safe. I am able to handle every situation with the pet and parent in mind and communication is a key step for a safe and happy pet!

I had never met Emily before our meet and greet, so this was my first experience with her housesitting for my two kittens. Do not be put off by her low number of reviews on the platform - snatch Emily up when you can and help her grow her business on here. During the meet and greet and during her time watching Enzo and Romeo, she was thoughtful, respectful, and asked good questions. She was wonderful with the cats, they looked so happy in all the photos and videos she sent each day. We came back, as others have mentioned, to a very tidy apartment, and she had even washed the sheets which was so appreciated but not necessary! Our boys were so soft (and we can tell they are happy and healthy by the quality of their coats) so they were clearly happy and healthy after Emily cared for them. We will be thrilled to hire her again and trust her to care for our babies!

Mizu was in the best care while I was gone. Anh gave daily updates and made sure medications were given on time. She gave Mizu regular walks and prepped all his meals accordingly. She kept the house neat and clean after. She was also responsive and kept me updated at all times. She notified me as soon as she saw Mizu's usual skin condition to be sure everything was okay. I will definitely reach out if I need her again next time I plan a trip.

Mickela was truly a dream house sitter! She was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, sent lots of photos and updates, and, most importantly, spent so much time with our pets. We really appreciated knowing they were getting plenty of attention and care while we were away. Our dog has epilepsy and needs medication, which Mickela handled with no problem at all. He also has a habit of getting into things and eating things he shouldn’t, and she was so understanding and attentive to his quirks. She took such great care of both our pets and made us feel completely at ease. On top of all of that, she was extremely tidy and left our house absolutely spotless. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would highly recommend Mickela to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, responsive, and respectful of their home. We would absolutely have her stay with our pets again!

Trina was absolutely amazing! She kept me fully informed with regular updates throughout the entire stay, which gave me total peace of mind. To make things even better, my travel plans got seriously delayed on my way home, and Trina was incredibly responsible and accommodating. She immediately adjusted her own schedule to cover the extra time needed until I could get back. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be booking with her again!

Kayla was an amazing sitter for Asja during my time away! I am very particular about my dog and can normally gauge from the meet and greet if the sitter is a good fit. The care, attention to detail, follow up, professionalism, and the love she has for her job and her furry clients are just a few shining examples of her superior work ethic. We were gone for almost a week and I could enjoy my trip knowing she was there taking care of and giving the best of care to my Asja. I highly recommend Kayla and plan to use her for future sittings.

Natalie is an outstanding sitter. She is super professional and intentional with caregiving. Our dogs got plenty of exercise, stayed on their schedule, and got a ton of extra attention while we were away. We received updates and photos throughout. Natalie stayed in our home, and communicated any home related issues and took wonderful care of our space. You won’t regret booking! We look forward to working with Natalie again in the future.

I am a first time Rover user, and was for a long time very wary of allowing strangers to take care of my fur babies. Roy, unequivocally, is the reason this site works. Roy communicated often, thoroughly, and was even patient when we had app difficulties and my communication lapsed. Roy took care of my two dogs and one cat and provided stimulation and lots of cuddles. We came home to a house that was pristine and three happy and healthy pets. As I told Roy personally, having the peace of mind to actually enjoy the vacation is nearly invaluable. We are very thankful to Roy and will definitely be booking again should the time come!

Frequently asked questions about Rover
The average cost for House Sitting in Coral Hills on Rover is $55.5 per night (as of September 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.
Rover makes budgeting the cost of House Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for House Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .
As of September 2026, there are 10,458 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Coral Hills. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Coral Hills walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Coral Hills maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Coral Hills choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
