You can tell she is very comfortable around animals and has a way with them. While I was out of town, Bria went to the store and bought Loo toys. About: Hi! I have been a pet parent for most of my life. I enjoy helping others in my community feel safe and less stressed with leaving their loved ones with someone! I can adjust to your needs and make things easy as possible. I usually respond very quickly and I am open to short notices as well! I am currently building an app and finishing up my Masters degree. I am looking for something to earn income while I finish strong on these projects. I have 3 rooms, I have doggy parks, normal parks, and various pet stores near me and vets for emergencies. I have an experienced pet owner besides myself available as well. I clean every two days in general and I clean my cats litter 1-2 times a day depending as well.

Our dogs got plenty of exercise, stayed on their schedule, and got a ton of extra attention while we were away. We received updates and photos throughout. I am a first time Rover user, and was for a long time very wary of allowing strangers to take care of my fur babies. Roy, unequivocally, is the reason this site works. Roy communicated often, thoroughly, and was even patient when we had app difficulties and my communication lapsed. Roy took care of my two dogs and one cat and provided stimulation and lots of cuddles. We came home to a house that was pristine and three happy and healthy pets. As I told Roy personally, having the peace of mind to actually enjoy the vacation is nearly invaluable. We are very thankful to Roy and will definitely be booking again should the time come!
Absolutely incredible sitter!** I booked Trina F. over the Thanksgiving break (Nov 26–Dec 1), and her service was truly amazing from start to finish. She checked in constantly, sent regular photo and video updates, and always made sure I knew my fur baby was happy, safe, and well cared for. Her communication was fast, friendly, and reassuring — exactly what you hope for when leaving your pet with someone. I could tell she genuinely cared and treated my pup like her own. Jayla was absolutely phenomenal with our pups. They can be nervous, especially when we leave town, but they were more calm than we have ever seen them when we got back. Jayla was quick to communicate and clearly took great care of them. Plus she was an amazing house guest and took our mail in as well. Highly recommend!!
Overall my experience with Justina was okay. There were communication issues on arrival. I set the arrival time for the booking to 6-10pm. By 10pm I had not heard any arrival update. It took over 30 minutes to get ahold of Justina, including calling the emergency support line and prepping to leave my event to go back home. The ultimate arrival was nearly 2 hours past the set arrival time and my dog’s walk window. I do understand there was a vehicle issue and that unexpected things happen but communication is key. I would have made this a 5-star review if I had just been kept informed prior to the late arrival. Aside from the arrival issue the rest of the weekend went smoothly. Justina completed all requested walks and feeds in addition to sending pictures during the day. She also left my home spotless and well cared for.
