Oksana was absolutely phenomenal, and we could not have asked for a better person to care for our dogs, Bo and Kobi. She was professional, reliable, and treated them with so much care and attention. Despite the summer heat and temperatures reaching 95 degrees, Oksana consistently took Bo and Kobi on walks once or twice a day and made sure they stayed happy and well cared for. She also looked after our home and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Communication was excellent throughout, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about our dogs’ well being. We returned home to two happy pups and a house that had been well looked after. We would recommend Oksana without hesitation. Ada has easily become our number 1 sitter for the foreseeable future! She was absolutely wonderful! From the update summaries to the pictures, my babies were well taken care of. I am a first time Rover user, and was for a long time very wary of allowing strangers to take care of my fur babies. Roy, unequivocally, is the reason this site works. Roy communicated often, thoroughly, and was even patient when we had app difficulties and my communication lapsed. Roy took care of my two dogs and one cat and provided stimulation and lots of cuddles. We came home to a house that was pristine and three happy and healthy pets. As I told Roy personally, having the peace of mind to actually enjoy the vacation is nearly invaluable. We are very thankful to Roy and will definitely be booking again should the time come!
Jayla was absolutely phenomenal with our pups. They can be nervous, especially when we leave town, but they were more calm than we have ever seen them when we got back. Overall my experience with Justina was okay. There were communication issues on arrival. I set the arrival time for the booking to 6-10pm. By 10pm I had not heard any arrival update. It took over 30 minutes to get ahold of Justina, including calling the emergency support line and prepping to leave my event to go back home. The ultimate arrival was nearly 2 hours past the set arrival time and my dog’s walk window. I do understand there was a vehicle issue and that unexpected things happen but communication is key. I would have made this a 5-star review if I had just been kept informed prior to the late arrival. Aside from the arrival issue the rest of the weekend went smoothly. Justina completed all requested walks and feeds in addition to sending pictures during the day. She also left my home spotless and well cared for.
