About: I've taken care of dogs and cats for friends, neighbors and family members since I was 10. I have potty trained and taught basic commands to my dogs, fed and cared for cats, guinea pigs and ball pythons. Pets are part of the family and should get high quality care regardless of their owners scheduling requirements. I'm working part time over the summer and looking to have pets to care for in my spare time. My availability is pretty open with the exception of 9am to 12pm Monday through Thursday in July. I would love to play with your pets, bring them for walks, provide food, water, love and attention. I genuinely care for all animals and would love to get to spend time with your pet.

I exclusively house sit in your home so your pets can stay comfortable in their familiar surroundings. Whether your pet enjoys long walks or prefers lounging on the couch all day, I’m happy to match their energy. I have a special place in my heart for senior pets and bring a calm, patient presence to ensure they get the gentle care they need. I’m likely the best fit for your weekend getaways, as I work a 9–5 job outside the home on weekdays. That said, if your pet is comfortable being alone during the day — or if you're located near my workplace in Willimantic — I would be able to swing by for lunch-time drop-ins. Outside of work hours, you can count on me to spend plenty of quality time at home with your pet. I understand how important it is for your pet to receive the same level of care they get from you. I take note of all the details you share — from feeding routines and approved treats to medication schedules and special instructions. I believe this: your pets, your home, your rules. During our initial meet-and-greet, I’ll likely ask plenty of questions to make sure I have everything I need to provide the best care possible.

About: I’ve always had dogs of my own since I was little, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve looked after dogs of all ages—from playful puppies to slower-moving seniors—and I’m comfortable with things like crate training, giving medications, and sticking to your pet’s routine. I truly love being around animals. I treat every dog like family, making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. Whether they need lots of playtime or just a calm, cozy space, I adapt to meet their needs. Even with a busy schedule as a student-athlete, I always make time for pet care. When caring for pets in your home, I follow your pet’s routine closely to keep them comfortable and stress-free. About: I have had dogs my whole life. I grew up with a Rhodesian Ridgeback. Once married, my husband and I rescued two Black and Tan Coonhounds and most recently we rescued two Redbone Coonhounds. We currently have one dog, Cliff, who is a Redbone Coonhound. He is like most dogs - spoiled! We usually take three walks a day…it’s what we do and love! We have also fostered a handful of dogs for local animal rescues. I am looking forward to helping other people with their dog's needs! Thank you! I work from home except on Mondays when I go to the office. I am very fortunate to have a flexible schedule that allows me to fit pet care into my daily and weekly routine. Safety is incredibly important when it comes to pet care. We have an electric fence at home that our dog is completely trained on so he's lucky to have the freedom to come in and out as he wants. Using proper leashes and harnesses is very important to me when walking dogs in addition to always having water on hand.

About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. Even through college and grad school, I had roommates with pets. Now I’m living in a rental that doesn’t allow animals, so I’m hoping to find some local pets to care for and spend time with! I’ve cared for cats and dogs of all ages and activity levels since I was young, and I enjoy taking dogs for walks any time of year! I’m a middle school teacher, so I have a pretty consistent schedule from August-June. Most days I’m able to leave work by 3, so I have all afternoon and evening to care for pets. In the summer and on breaks, I have a lot more flexibility with my schedule. I do have a small fenced in yard in case I had a client’s pet in my home, though I’d more than likely care for the pets in the client’s home. I have experience feeding, bathing, crating, giving meds, walking, and snuggling dogs of all ages and activity levels, as well as feeding and giving meds to cats.

About: I grew up with an Aussie and an Australian Lab, now housing 2 cats as well. Very patient, physical aptitude for in case of larger dogs. When I am home from breaks I enjoy taking out my two pups for a walk, or taking them on a car ride to the dog park! Personal home not suitable for pet watching. But I will ensure the utmost respect and care for every individual client’s home as if it were my own.

About: My family has always had pets. In my adulthood, I have owned and trained a yellow lab and chocolate lab and currently have a black lab named Kingston. He is my best friend and his amazing. We also have a tabby cat named Biggie Smalls. He is very sweet. I am looking forward to the opportunity to spending time with your amazing pet friends and caring for them as if they’re my own. I am a 20 year teacher with the summers off and I’m available six days a week. I spend my summer months catching up on yardwork and vacationing with my family and can be available to assist in times of need for your pets.
