“Kristin was highly recommended by my niece and she did not disappoint. Of course I was nervous but daily photos and some videos were sent. That reassured me my dog Tess was in good hands and happy. Over a foot of snow fell and all the dogs had a blast. The temperature on some days was frigid but Kristin still got them outside for at least for short periods of time. Indoors she kept Tess mentally active with a find a treat game. Kaia, Kristin’s dog was great at steering Tess in the right direction. Tess learned a lot and Kristin sent several suggestions that would help in her training.”

“I was a bit anxious about leaving my pups as they can be a little high maintenance. Patrick and Susan were wonderful with them, though. They sent pictures everyday with a note about how the dogs were doing and what they did with them that day. They took them for walks and played ball just like the pups like to do. About: I have been taking care of dogs for about 6 years and have encountered all types, from the couch potatoes to the ones who want to play nonstop! I am home full time so I am available any day and any time for drop off and pick up. Being home full time also means I will be available for your pet at anytime they need me throughout there stay at my home. I have a sturdy 100 ft dog runner that has held very large dogs. However,if your dog does better on a regular leash just let me know and I can leash for bathroom breaks instead. While at my home your pet is my only priority and I am happy to suit any needs they have.

Before our initial walk we communicated a lot back and fourth and I was that annoying dog mom with a million instructions. Madison was professional and handled my requests with ease including the request to - carrying around my chihuahua if necessary lol. When one of my pups was sick Madison took the liberty of cleaning up after him and even put cream on his paws!! I look forward to her rover cards and photos I receive daily. Growing up I always had dogs and/or cats, as well as several other types of pets. I worked in a pet grooming salon for 6 1/2 years, and a doggy daycare for 1 year. I have also done pet walking and sitting for family and friends. I have owned and/or taken care of many different types of pets, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chinchillas, rabbits, birds, hamsters, and mice. We are living in country and close to dog park, Coventry and Bolton lakes. I can take your dog on a leash to walk there upon your request. I would like to board a friendly and house trained dog. About: I’ve had dogs and cats of all sorts and sizes since I was a kid, and love playing with them. One of the requirements for our current home was to have a big yard so our boys could run free! I work from home and create my own schedule, and am an introvert so I’m almost always at my home unless I’m running an errand. This means I’ll always be here to take care of your animal and take them for walks, bathroom breaks, or play time. I have a big (unfenced) private back yard far away from any neighbors. I have two doodle’s who love to play with other dogs and two cats who will probably hide the whole time. Your pet will spend most of their time with me while I’m in my office or doing chores around the house, then the rest of the time playing with me and (optionally) my two dogs in our yard. My two doodles love other dogs and are non-aggressive, but if there are any issues I am happy to separate them. I used to train dogs in another life so I know how to handle and care for dogs.

About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. Even through college and grad school, I had roommates with pets. Now I’m living in a rental that doesn’t allow animals, so I’m hoping to find some local pets to care for and spend time with! I’ve cared for cats and dogs of all ages and activity levels since I was young, and I enjoy taking dogs for walks any time of year! I’m a middle school teacher, so I have a pretty consistent schedule from August-June. Most days I’m able to leave work by 3, so I have all afternoon and evening to care for pets. In the summer and on breaks, I have a lot more flexibility with my schedule. I do have a small fenced in yard in case I had a client’s pet in my home, though I’d more than likely care for the pets in the client’s home. I have experience feeding, bathing, crating, giving meds, walking, and snuggling dogs of all ages and activity levels, as well as feeding and giving meds to cats.

About: I've had dogs since I was 10 and participated with their health care growing up and decided I wanted to be in the veterinary field from that point. I started pet sitting for a farm in 2017-2021. I went to school to be a veterinary assistant in 2020. I later got a job at a vet clinic in 2021 and started pet sitting for clients there on the side. I've had 4 years experience with observing animal behavior and know what to look for when a pet is feeling ill, restraint, nail trims, administering medications, injections, and treatments. I also worked for a summer at a dog boarding facility and have experience with observing play behaviors to prevent fights from breaking out in groups. I just recently quit my full-time veterinary assistant job in October 2025, due to workplace drama and still have some regular pet sitting clients from the vet clinic, but thought I'd give this a shot to widen my clientele. If you like my services, I encourage you to contact me outside of Rover! I can only take on other dog friendly dogs in my house because I have 2 myself. I'm willing to go to your house for visits if they're not dog friendly. I have an unfenced yard, so any dogs staying with me will go outside on a leash. Dogs must be crate trianed to stay at my house. My dogs stay out when I go on errands or out for the evening, but get locked up at night.

I work from occasionally so I can be available for your dogs when boarding! I can take them out morning, noon, or night depending on need. If boarding, I have about 1.5 acres of land they can explore or a 30 foot fenced in area in the back. I have a friendly dog who’s about a year old, and a fenced in area. About: Over the years, I've cared for my own four companion rescue dogs and many more cats. I also started and ran a licensed farm animal rescue for 17 years where I provided daily care for sheep, goats, llamas, chickens, turkeys and pigs. I have lots of experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and personalities and am comfortable working with special needs animals and giving meds. I am also available for drop-in care for some companion or pet farm animals. My routine is very flexible as I am a self-employed consultant and work remotely from my own home. I am available for visits in the morning, afternoon, and evening. I am currently available to do drop-in visits for cats and dogs along with dog walks. With dogs and cats of my own to care for, I’m not able to do overnight housesits.

“Kristin was highly recommended by my niece and she did not disappoint. Of course I was nervous but daily photos and some videos were sent. That reassured me my dog Tess was in good hands and happy. Over a foot of snow fell and all the dogs had a blast. The temperature on some days was frigid but Kristin still got them outside for at least for short periods of time. Indoors she kept Tess mentally active with a find a treat game. Kaia, Kristin’s dog was great at steering Tess in the right direction. Tess learned a lot and Kristin sent several suggestions that would help in her training.”

“I was a bit anxious about leaving my pups as they can be a little high maintenance. Patrick and Susan were wonderful with them, though. They sent pictures everyday with a note about how the dogs were doing and what they did with them that day. They took them for walks and played ball just like the pups like to do. They also had everything ready to go when it was time to pick them up. I would certainly ask Patrick and Susan to care for my pups again in the future. Thanks for taking great care of my buddies.”

About: I have been taking care of dogs for about 6 years and have encountered all types, from the couch potatoes to the ones who want to play nonstop! I am home full time so I am available any day and any time for drop off and pick up. Being home full time also means I will be available for your pet at anytime they need me throughout there stay at my home. I have a sturdy 100 ft dog runner that has held very large dogs. However,if your dog does better on a regular leash just let me know and I can leash for bathroom breaks instead. While at my home your pet is my only priority and I am happy to suit any needs they have.
