I live in an off-campus house with a front yard that does not open onto a busy street, which helps provide a safe and calm environment for pets. The house is spacious, allowing pets to move around comfortably and have their own space to relax. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I’m very attentive and focused on making sure they feel comfortable, secure, and cared for. I take time to build trust, follow routines closely, and make sure pets feel safe and happy in my presence.

Madison is reliable, responsible, very commutative, and more importantly great with our pets. Before our initial walk we communicated a lot back and fourth and I was that annoying dog mom with a million instructions. Madison was professional and handled my requests with ease including the request to - carrying around my chihuahua if necessary lol. When one of my pups was sick Madison took the liberty of cleaning up after him and even put cream on his paws!! I look forward to her rover cards and photos I receive daily. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
