“Madison is the BEST! Our old walker moved and my husband and I scrambled to find a new walker we liked and could trust which wasn't the easiest task! Madison is reliable, responsible, very commutative, and more importantly great with our pets. Before our initial walk we communicated a lot back and fourth and I was that annoying dog mom with a million instructions. Madison was professional and handled my requests with ease including the request to - carrying around my chihuahua if necessary lol. When one of my pups was sick Madison took the liberty of cleaning up after him and even put cream on his paws!! I look forward to her rover cards and photos I receive daily. About: I went to Highschool at Edwin O Smith where I took animal science class for four years. I then went to UConn and took a livestock animal class for a year. I have pet sitted for all types of animals from dogs and cats to goats and horses. I owned a small goat farm for 5 years as part of an FFA project learning to be an entrepreneur. I know basic veterinarian technician skills from my animal science classes. I have personally owned dogs, fish, birds, rabbits, hamsters. I have the experience to deal with more difficult animals. I will make sure your pet is in an environment that's stress free and full of cuddles. At the moment I am a stay at home mom doing online courses for accounting. Since I’m always home it’s perfect for watching pets 24/7 or going out and feeding, walking, etc.. for periods of time. At my house I have an empty barn with a huge fenced in area for pets to enjoy running free, being outside, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the shade. I also have a fenced in porch where I like to sit outside and watch the day go by with furry friends.

About: I’ve spent years caring for pets of all kinds, from energetic puppies to shy cats and everything in between. I’m comfortable with any schedule your pet needs and I always treat every pet like they’re my own. I am currently a student so all of my days are flexible. The semester is almost over but next semester I only have class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I’m available for boarding during the week and weekends and everything else is flexible and able to fit into my schedule. There’s plenty of places for them to walk and play. They can easily be crated as well. Anything can be accommodated and done as needed.

About: I’ve been around animals ever since I was born. I live on a farm and have been taking care of different animals as long as I can remember. About: I've had dogs since I was 10 and participated with their health care growing up and decided I wanted to be in the veterinary field from that point. I started pet sitting for a farm in 2017-2021. I went to school to be a veterinary assistant in 2020. I later got a job at a vet clinic in 2021 and started pet sitting for clients there on the side. I've had 4 years experience with observing animal behavior and know what to look for when a pet is feeling ill, restraint, nail trims, administering medications, injections, and treatments. I also worked for a summer at a dog boarding facility and have experience with observing play behaviors to prevent fights from breaking out in groups. I'm willing to go to your house for visits if they're not dog friendly. I have an unfenced yard, so any dogs staying with me will go outside on a leash. Dogs must be crate trianed to stay at my house. My dogs stay out when I go on errands or out for the evening, but get locked up at night.

I have a few families whom I sit for regularly. I have had experience caring for puppies-senior dogs with special needs, diapers, and medications, as well as kittens-senior cats! My whole life I have been caring for pets of my own, as well as those of friends and family. My boyfriend has been sitting with me for well over 2 years now and has a lot of experience caring for many different animals. We have helped a few families out with training as well so that they can stay as close to their normal routine as possible! I’m currently working full time at UConn, but my boyfriend is working remotely. This being said he would be able to provide plenty of potty breaks throughout the day. We can both provide walks and plenty of play time morning and night as well! I am very flexible with whatever routine you would like me to follow for your fur babies! Personally, I have an electric fence for my dog at home, but I still go out with her, as she does not like to be alone! Although my cats are indoor cats, they LOVE being outside, so on nice days I will take them out on a leash and sun bathe with them!
About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. Even through college and grad school, I had roommates with pets. Now I’m living in a rental that doesn’t allow animals, so I’m hoping to find some local pets to care for and spend time with! I’ve cared for cats and dogs of all ages and activity levels since I was young, and I enjoy taking dogs for walks any time of year! I’m a middle school teacher, so I have a pretty consistent schedule from August-June. Most days I’m able to leave work by 3, so I have all afternoon and evening to care for pets. In the summer and on breaks, I have a lot more flexibility with my schedule. I do have a small fenced in yard in case I had a client’s pet in my home, though I’d more than likely care for the pets in the client’s home. I have experience feeding, bathing, crating, giving meds, walking, and snuggling dogs of all ages and activity levels, as well as feeding and giving meds to cats.
About: I have grown up around high energy Labrador retrievers, chickens, and family cats since I can remember. I enjoy walking and doing anything active with animals! I also understand that all animals make messes indoors and outdoors and have no problem cleaning up after them, it’s part of having pets :) I’m currently a UConn college student and I am available most mornings/ evenings throughout the week. I am also around for my winter break which is a month long from mid December to mid January. I walk my two high energy labs 3 miles daily either on trails in the woods or near the water. I will also provide food and water daily. I can do any necessary grooming such as brushing fur, wiping paws, etc.

I am caring for my own pets at home so I need time for them as well ! My animals are house trained. They spend time out and about the house. When i am not home my Doberman relaxes in his own room!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. Growing up, my mother was (and still is) a doggy foster mom for our local shelter. We constantly had 4-6 dogs in our home, most of which ended up staying long term. I have years of experience caring for multiple dogs and senior care as well! I work completely from home which will allow me plenty of time to attend to your pups needs all throughout the day. I love to jog and hike, so your pup will be sure to get plenty of exercise and outdoor time with me! I provide a safe, calm, and attentive environment for every pet in my care. Working from home allows plenty of supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. While I do not have a fenced yard, all outdoor time is supervised and dogs will always be kept safely leashed. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine, feeding schedule, crate preferences, and any special care instructions to help them feel comfortable and secure.”
