About: I have always loved all types of animals! I have taken a few classes at UConn for canine and feline behavior and one animal training class. I own a cat currently, and I own and have alot of experience caring for tons of exotic animals from reptiles to amphibians and small mammals. I am very comfortable around all types of animals and I am excited to meet and care for your pets! I have volunteered back at home in NYC for SI Hope to care for kittens and older cats. I have done multiple dog volunteer days at the ACC so I am experienced with handling dogs and puppies alike. I’m also reliable, responsible, and will always make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away. I am a seasonal worker so during the year I am a full time student. I have one to two classes a day as it's my senior year. I will have plenty of time to care for your pet and give them company! Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority! When caring for pets in their own home, I will follow their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. About: Ive been pet sitting for a while! Im very friendly and patient with animals! Ive taken care of cats, and small dogs! Ive taken dogs on walks and dedicated playtime to both cats and dogs! About: I have taken care of family/friends dogs for over 13 years. I have done drop in visits, over night stays and just dog walking. I have worked with all different breeds, sizes and ages! I have experience with puppies, senior pets, and dogs with different energy levels and temperaments. Whether that means reinforcing house-training and basic commands with a puppy, administering medications to a senior pet, or simply providing plenty of exercise and companionship, I tailor my care to each animal's needs. I love taking pictures of our furry friends so ill always be sure to keep you updated when im with them! I'm currently working full time but I can always do drop in visits and dog walking after work hours during the week and on weekends my availability is pretty much wide open on Saturdays and Sundays (typically when I take my own pet for adventures so if you have a busy dog who loves walks/hiking im your girl) We have an open yard, our own pup is well trained on her boundaries however for any pets not my own they stay on a 20 foot long line and walked around the property. Inside they are free to roam the house, however if needed crates are available for use. If ever unattended dogs will always be in a crate for their safety.

I often play with my dogs inside and out, I don’t need to walk them because they are trained to stay in the yard but they are let out often.

About: Ever since I can remember I have always watched animals for friends, family members, and neighbors. I have worked as a dog walker for a company where I was responsible for letting myself in and taking their dog for a walk. I also have experience in two different animal shelters. During summer breaks I work as a veterinary assistant so I am very comfortable around animals with medical needs and administering medications. I have also had a bunny for several years and have watched other peoples bunnies so I am very familiar with bunny care. I am currently a full-time student, with a flexible class schedule. Most of my availability will be after class is over usually between 1-3pm depending on the day. Some days I will be done earlier than others. I am free all day on Saturday and Sunday. While I am unable to board your animals due to my living situation I would love to take care of your pets in other ways! My biggest priority when spending time with any animal, whether they are my own or someone else's, is health and safety. When walking dogs outside I am always vigilant regarding our surroundings. Even when in the client's home I am constantly on the look out for anything the dog should could get into trouble with whether that is a toy or food item.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
