I've had dogs since I was 10 and participated with their health care growing up and decided I wanted to be in the veterinary field from that point. I started pet sitting for a farm in 2017-2021. I went to school to be a veterinary assistant in 2020. I later got a job at a vet clinic in 2021 and started pet sitting for clients there on the side. I've had 4 years experience with observing animal behavior and know what to look for when a pet is feeling ill, restraint, nail trims, administering medications, injections, and treatments. I also worked for a summer at a dog boarding facility and have experience with observing play behaviors to prevent fights from breaking out in groups.

Cailey took care of my senior cat for an extended time and took great care of her. Cailey kept me updated on how my cat was doing, including for a period of time where my cat wasn’t eating as much. My cat will do this on occasion so I wasn’t concerned, and appreciated Cailey noticing and checking in with me about that. I would absolutely work with Cailey again, thank you!
Our dogs loved Cailey right away! She’s dependable and has great attention to detail. She ensures our dogs are taken care of on a regular basis. They have so much fun together. I’m so glad we found her!
Cailey took absolutely wonderful care of our sweet old lady dog! I was confident in Cailey’s skills, knowledge, and experience given her background in years of working with dogs and other animals. Our dog has had moments of separation anxiety in the past, but she loved Cailey and did amazing - no separation anxiety nor stress for our pup at all! Cailey is extremely kind, thoughtful, and professional. She is a fantastic communicator and even took the time to send cute photos of our dog and updates while we were out of town. Cailey paid attention to all the details and cared so well for our dog. Our family is so thankful for her! I highly recommend Cailey!
Cailey is a very kind, caring, and gentle soul. She provides excellent care to all pets, she always has their best interest in mind, and she always puts the pets first. There is no one else I would ever want to take care of my furbabies. Cailey is the best of the best.
Cailey has been pet sitting and loving up our dogs for a few years. She first met them working at our veterinarian's office. With her professional experience I felt very comfortable leaving our fur babies with her, knowing they were in good hands. She is responsible and dependable. She uses our alarm code, brings in mail,, takes out the trash and waters the gardens when need.. It is evident that they get enough attention as when we come home they are very happy to see us, but not crazy. She plays with them and takes them for walks. It is a comfort knowing she genuinely enjoys taking care of them when we are gone.
Cailey is a wonderful person! She cares for your fury family members like they are her own! I trust her with my baby’s with their food allergies and other needs. If you want someone who is going to love your pets just as much as you do Cailey is your girl!

Schedule
I just recently quit my full-time veterinary assistant job in October 2025, due to workplace drama and still have some regular pet sitting clients from the vet clinic, but thought I'd give this a shot to widen my clientele. If you like my services, I encourage you to contact me outside of Rover!

Safety, trust & environment
I can only take on other dog friendly dogs in my house because I have 2 myself. I'm willing to go to your house for visits if they're not dog friendly. I have an unfenced yard, so any dogs staying with me will go outside on a leash. Dogs must be crate trianed to stay at my house. My dogs stay out when I go on errands or out for the evening, but get locked up at night.

A typical day
I love to go on walks and explore new places: whether it's in the park, a field, by the river, or hikes. My dogs go off leash, I will walk yours on leash unless they have good recall, then they can get out and explore with my 2.
