About: I grew up owning 2 dogs and I have experience working in shelters as well as pet stores. I’m an animal lover who knows meeting the specific needs of each pet is necessary and important to complete my job. Currently, I work 2nd shift full time and I am able to take short term bookings (up to 2 weeks) for animal care. My availability is varied. I work 2nd shift full time Sun-Thurs, so I am available in the mornings on those days. Fridays & Saturdays I have open availability. I will follow your instructions and care for your pet as if it were my own. As someone who has owned pets with various temperaments and medical conditions, I am flexible to accommodations that are needed.

“This review is long overdue! I have been using Marissa for about a year now give or take for twice weekly drop ins. I have a senior diabetic pomeranian and a 3 year old highly energetic Border Collie and both of my dogs seem to love Marissa! We always get pictures of our smiling pups and it is clear they have a good time during the visit. Marissa is not only great with our dogs, but she is reliable, trustworthy, and will go the extra mile to accommodate bookings. We never come home to any accidents, and she is always kind enough to bring our packages in front the porch. This holiday season she surprised us with a goodie bag with some things for our dogs AND us! It just goes to show how thoughtful and caring she is. About: I have always been an animal lover, having multiple cats, dogs, chickens and taking care of the animals on my aunt’s farm since I was a child. I work at a doggy daycare which has enhanced my knowledge of different breeds energy levels, mannerisms and needs as they grow older. I would love to give your furry kids all the fun, love and care they would otherwise miss while you are away! I’m currently working part time so I’ll have plenty of time to give your furry kids lots of love and attention! I’m available on the weekends, mornings 7-11am and at night after 6:30pm and offer overnight care everyday. I will follow any instructions or suggestions you give me and always respect your home. If you have a fenced in yard I will let your kids run wild, if not, I will happily take them on a 30 min walk minimum and play with them lots afterward so they get a good exercise! I will give them lots if attention and kisses and send you pictures of them living their best life!
