“Ana was lovely and flexible and took excellent care of our kitty. She was a great communicator, and kept us up to date on everything while we were away. Thank you so much! ❤️”

“Kaylee did a great job taking care of my fur babies. She took the time to check and see that they were all okay daily. Food and water filled daily and litter box cleaned daily as well. She spent time with them playing and giving them the human interaction they needed on a daily basis.”

“Ashley is great with animals, knowledgeable, and very caring! I noticed my dog Lady is always in a good mood when Ashley stops by to play and walk her. I’m so impressed and happy to have a trustworthy sitter to go to in the future!”

“Sydney was amazing. Not only was she able to jump in last minute she sent tons of photos and kept us updated on our babies care. Our doggies are old men now and need a bit more care and attention. She did a wonderful job!”

About: I’ve taken care of my neighbors and friends dogs when they’re on vacation for many years. I also have an 8 year old schnauzer at home as well. I have fed, walked, bathed dogs and anything else they need. I am currently home for the summer and work a part time job where it leaves me open and available most days to drop in and take your furry friends for walks. At this time I don’t watch dogs in my home. I can do drop ins, walks or overnight stays at their residence for the time being
“Heather was amazing with my two large pups. She was on time, professional, and has a great understanding of dog behavior- especially those like mine who can be a little quirky. Heather is a confident and knowledgable dog handler and I will surely be booking with her again!”

“Lila was wonderful with Snickers. She was very prompt and did everything I asked with his crazy senior dog behaviors. She’s sweet and loves dogs, it’s obvious with her interaction when she met my dog. It was also quite a last-minute booking, and she really helped us out that way.”

Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or a quiet walk, I’m fully present and genuinely enjoy every moment I spend with them. Your pet’s comfort and happiness are always my top priorities. Pet care routine fits perfectly in my recent schedule, since Im working on my own business and trying to work as a photographer. My schedule is pretty open for now. Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
