About: I have 20 years experience with bully breeds, and all the health issues that entails, but I’m open to sitting any breed (they are all good dogs!). I live at the beach, so your pup will get long beach walks and/or mountain trail hikes during the day, then sleepy downtime at night. It’s a pet paradise! Your dog will enjoy morning beach walks or trail hikes, or walks in a stroller if your pet has mobility issues. Daylight hours are spent being active, and evenings are resto-relaxo. I have a fenced and private front and backyard with fake grass for your pet to use. No stairs to navigate - single level home a block from the ocean. Just tell me your dogs energy level and exercise needs, and I’ll create the perfect doggy vacation!

About: I've been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember and love spending time with animals. I have worked at the humane society taking care of a variety of pets and find a lot of joy in doing so. Growing up, I regularly walked and cared for my own dog throughout San Francisco and later in Larkspur. Over the years, neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to walk their dogs, provide pet sitting, and make sure their pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they're away. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and needs, and I always strive to give them the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. Whether your pet needs a long walk, playtime, or a reliable sitter, I'll be able to do it! I am currently working a 9-5 during the week. I would be available to walk dogs earlier in the morning or after 6. I am available full time on weekends. I have a fenced yard and one dog who is very kind with other dogs. I love taking care of pets and will love to walk/play with them.

About: I’ve worked with many different animals, including cats, dogs, birds, hamsters. I love working and caring for them. Patience is needed to make your furry friends feel comfortable. I’ve worked with many large dog breeds, which include malamutes, German shepherds, pitbulls and even Akita’s. I’m currently work during the day so I am free most evenings Sunday through Thursday. I have more availability on Fridays and Saturdays during the day. I make sure the pets are in safe areas for them so that they don’t get into anything that isn’t safe. I make sure to give them space but follow them just in case. I want them feel comfortable in their space.

Pat was flexible and understanding of the schedule changes, and most importantly she gave us a peace of mind — her updates and pictures of my cat Risa showed clearly that even though we had to leave her for almost a week, she was doing great and I didn’t need to stress! All of that in an extremely bad heatwave — Pat made sure to turn on fans and bring Risa to a room with AC on. About: Dogs are the light of my life! I've given forever homes to 7 German Shepherds, 2 Poodles and 4 Mixes. I've had extensive experience caring for them through various illnesses & am very knowledgeable about both their physical and emotional needs. I trained all of them myself with modernizing the methods as the practices changed over time. In High School I worked for a veterinary clinic washing dogs and administering vaccines as well as meds. I was a teacher for 20 years and am super resourceful. I've always had dogs. For me, life would be empty without them, and I'm one of these crazy people who would do absolutely anything to meet their needs!! You can definitely trust that I'll do everything to give your dog the best!! I LOVE DOGS & CATS!! Not to mention horses, ponies and rabbits! I love to house sit and spend my time with any wonderful canine or animal! They'll be given the absolute best of care and companionship when I'm there 24/7 the rest of the week! I'm a retired teacher of 20 years, in great physical condition, and want to do this full time. I LOVE DOGS AND CATS!! I've always worked in the helping professions as a teacher and behavioral case manager for the homeless. Now I want to do what means the most to me....spend my time with animals and give them the best experience possible!! Number 1, follow the directions of the client relative to their animals. Number 2, be respectful of their environment. Number 3, do all the extras possible for the animals including companionship. Number 4, leave the house as nice as it was on my arrival date.
