About: I've never not had animals in my life! I spent my early years on a working farm and have always had a way with animals. Dogs love me (cats, too!) and I them ❤️ I have many years of experience in the veterinary field and know what to do in emergencies. I am currently working part time and my schedule is flexible. I do work away from home for 5-8 hours a day, split shift. I have dogs amd cats but can keep them separate, if necessary. My dogs are dog friendly, although my beagle mix is very bossy (typical!) Dogs will be in the house with my dogs, but they can be separated, if needed. I can crate, if the parents supply the crate. Dogs will be leash walked in the wide front yard but we can also go across the street to the dog park, too!

About: I’ve been dog-sitting for about 5 years now. I’ve mainly taken care of small to medium sized dogs but I’m open to looking after larger dogs as well. I am very reliable and have a lot of energy to keep your dog entertained throughout the day. I love going for walks and and going to dog parks if allowed by the owner. I live in an apartment and it’s dog-friend and the apartment has a dog area where they can relieve themselves. I live in a studio apartment but there’s plenty of open space where your pup can lounge around. I’m very attentive of your dogs needs, so I stay on top of taking them out for walks and making sure their water bowl is kept full and following their feeding schedule. Also open to grooming and showering your dog, especially if they are staying overnight with me. If your pup is energetic and loves to play we will be a great match!!

I have cared for dogs my entire life, from an adorable shi tzu mix to a lovable deaf pit. I am available for dog walking and drop-in visits for dogs and cats. I’m also happy to assist you with collecting mail, watering plants, and running pet-related errands while you’re away. Need help with more than one furry friend? No problem! I am comfortable caring for up to three dogs at once. I also have extensive experience caring for cats with all types of personalities. I have my own transportation and can travel within Richmond city limits. Your pet deserves all of the care and special attention in the world - and you can trust me to provide just that! I’m a VCU instructor on summer break until August, so every day of the week is open for booking. I am happy to conduct two or three drop-ins or walks per day. As the proud parent of a neurotic dachshund mix, I understand that every pet has their unique needs!
