About: Hi, I'm Emily! I've been drawn to animals of all kinds since I was a kid! I grew up taking care of both cats and dogs, and have had a dog of my own since 2021. I'm well-versed in animal care; in addition to the basics (walks, feeding, play), I'm familiar with many common needs, like medication administration, training/behavioral reinforcement, and gland expression. I have a flexible schedule and typically respond to requests within a few hours. I'm able to spend a lot of my time at home; usually when I'm out of the apartment, it's for no more than about four hours or so at a time. My standard schedule is to provide three walks a day (morning, midday, evening) plus a quick potty break before bedtime, but I can adjust that up or down depending on your dog's needs. Dogs staying with me can expect lots of pets, cuddles, and playtime. I do allow pets on my furniture and bed, but if that's a behavior you're trying to limit, I can take that into account while your pet is staying here. At all times, and especially when outside, the safety of your pet is paramount to me. During walks, I actively monitor for dangerous situations/behaviors, like encounters with unfamiliar dogs or trying to eat things they shouldn't. Please feel free to share anything about your pet that I should take into account while they're in my care.

My specialty is organization and structure, my partner specializes in socialization and behavioral management. Pet care is part of our daily life. Someone is home throughout the day. We organize our schedule around the dogs in our care so they receive consistent supervision, play, and individual attention. We have a fenced backyard and fenced front yard, giving dogs safe space to move, explore, and play. Inside we provide a dedicated dog room and crates for dogs of all sizes, creating a comfortable and secure place for them to rest when needed. Dogs are thoughtfully grouped by temperament, with attention to proper rest rotation and consistent feeding routines to support balance and comfort. Whether in our home or a client’s home, we focus on safety, supervision, and each dog’s individual needs. About: I’ve grown up around dogs for most of my life and already occasionally pet sit for friends and family. I used to work as a caretaker at a doggy daycare, and decided to continue pet care alongside my new job as it became such a fulfilling part of my life. I'm experienced with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and I'm experienced with a variety of other animals such as cats, fish, lizards, turtles, birds, and hermit crabs. My current work schedule follows the standard Mon-Fri 7-3:30, with most of my weekends and evenings open. Because of this, I'd be most suited for pets that are used to this schedule already. Otherwise, I try my best to stick to their current schedule for things like feeding and walks. I always feel comfortable meeting the parent(s) and pet before the booking. I can take care of all basic tasks and am very adaptable, patient, and reliable. I do my best to learn about each pet's little mannerisms and quirks so I can accommodate them the best I can while keeping them and your home safe. I want to make sure both you and your pet end up happy! I always ask that I'm given the pet's vet and an emergency contact as well, just in case.

About: I've had pets for most of my life. I've grown up with cats in the house but i've had a hamster and a few dogs before when i was younger. My sister also had a snake (a fancy corn snake) that i took care of a lot for a year. I've done pet sitting for a friend and my sister before. My friend had a Samoyed and a Ragdoll. While my sister has a pit/lab mix. I'm currently in college so i will mainly be available during the weekends. I currently have Mon, Wed, and Fri off from classes and will be available in the mornings and afternoons. While I don't offer services in my home, I am willing to travel to a clients home and willing to do overnights on the weekends. I am always respectful and will never disrespect your home, you, or your pets.
