She makes sure to send pics and videos so I don't miss him too much while I'm gone. She is thorough in getting info on your pet's individual needs and makes sure to follow care instructions. Her home is in a safe area and has lots of space to run and play in her patio/garden. Would highly recommend Karen for any pet care needs!”
