She sent us great photos and updates, and it was clear Ramen was happy and comfortable—honestly, he didn’t even want to leave when we picked him up! Her communication was excellent, and it’s such a relief knowing that when we need to travel again, we have someone Ramen truly loves. So nice now to be able to feel I can leave the dogs and they will not come home traumatized.
