“What a great dog boarding experience. From the initial complementary meet and greet to the final pickup. Breanna communicated promptly and thoroughly about all aspects my Milo’s stay. Their house is perfectly set up for an interactive but organized day. My dog had the best time. Really the ideal boarding situation.”

“Thank you Max for taking such wonderful care of Charlie! This was my first time leaving him with anyone in SA, and you helped make the transition a smooth one for me, so I could be away with family without “worrying” if Charlie would be ok! I loved all the updates and pics you sent throughout his visit. He was well cared for and enjoyed his time with the other four legged fur babies!! Thank you!!!!!”

“Amy was communicative and patient with our pup, Ollie. She sent update pictures which the kids were excited for and put our minds at ease. We would definitely book with Amy again!”

“Debe took great care of my Schnoodle, Barkley, who was totally spoiled by having her pups to play with and a doggy door, even! She was really good about sending updates, and I would definitely use her again.”

About: I've been a lifelong dog owner and have cared for dogs most of my life. I've frequently dog-sat for friends and family over the years, including feeding, walking, administering medications when needed and providing lots of attention and playtime. I work from home full-time, so your dog will receive plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. My partner is retired and also home most of the time, so there is almost always someone here with the pets. Because of this, dogs are rarely left alone and get lots of care, playtime, and comfort during their stay. Dogs under 40 lbs. please. We provide a calm, safe, and welcoming environment and follow each dog’s normal routine for feeding, potty breaks, walks, and playtime. Our home has a fenced backyard where dogs can safely enjoy time outside. We also have a friendly 5-year-old dog who is low-energy and well socialized. She enjoys the company of other dogs but is also respectful of dogs who prefer their own space. Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to us. We introduce dogs slowly, supervise interactions, and treat every dog in our home like part of the family. We are also happy to send photo updates so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away.
“Stephanie took EXCELLENT care of my dog. She is knowledgeable, experienced, met all of my dog's needs, and also provided updates! She is the best sitter any of my dogs have ever had and I highly recommend her!”

“Karen has taken great care of Charlie on multiple occasions for short and extended stays. She is intuitive to his needs and follows our care instructions. He is happy when he arrives and enjoys his stay. We will continue booking with Karen for Charlie’s care.”

“Lisa and Brandon were fantastic! We met with them before hand to make sure everybody got along, and our old pup had a blast. When we took him back to drop him off for the week he ran to the front door! Lisa sent us pictures and updates daily showing Maki having fun with the kids and other dogs. If we ever need to board Maki again, you can be sure we will contact Lisa and Brandon first!”

“Divya was an awesome sitter for my baby girl. I loved how she took the time to send pictures and videos while I was out of town, it lessened my anxiety! She also took Leis on long walks which helped with my dogs anxiety. Overall a great host!”

“Dave did an awesome job for us. This was our first time using rover. He helped to make this an easy process. We were nervous about leaving our pups with someone we didn't know and the pups we nervous starting out. When we picked them up they we following Dave around and we could tell the we're comfortable. Dave had gone into the house to get something we forgot and Ellie was following him back in. Will definitely recommend him and will use him again.”

“Cathy did a wonderful job with Monty. Her dog Bentley was lovely and they got on well. Monty hates thunderstorms and barks incessantly when they are happening, and as luck would have a severe storm passed through while she was boarding him. She was able to give him his medicine and keep him calm, and to text me on how he was doing. Would recommend highly.”

“I can't say enough good things about the care my dog received. During one of the hardest times in my life, when my brother passed, they stepped in last minute without hesitation and took amazing care of my little fur baby. They kept me updated the entire time. Knowing my dog was safe, loved, and well cared for gave me real peace of mind when I needed it most.”

Olivia and her husband were super friendly and easy to work with, and I know Bunny had a great time making new friends! I’ll def be bringing her back 🩵”

“Megan was phenomenal! I saw her first hand interracting with my pet and she was amazing! Harlee is a petting skittish dog but was very comfortable, very quick with Megan. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - San Antonio
Cathy was wonderful from the meet up and throughout the stay. We were out of country and hated leaving our babies but she comforted us with lots of updates and pictures! Our dog and hers loved each other which was great! My old bulldog loved the couch and chair with lots of pillows and blankets. We did not have to worry about them while we were so far away which was great!

Danielle was a complete life-saver! My usual sitter had an emergency and had to cancel the night before my trip. Danielle took my dog in for the weekend with less than a days notice. She was very communicative, kind, and patient with my anxious gal. She sent many photos and updates without me having to ask! I always get so nervous to leave my dog with someone she has never met but Danielle was so easy to work with and so trust-worthy. I highly recommend!!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Ben took exceptional care of Morrison and made being away from my dog completely stress-free. The communication was outstanding, with frequent updates and photos that showed just how happy and comfortable Morrison was. It’s obvious that Ben has a lot of experience with dogs and truly enjoys what he does. Morrison came home happy, healthy, and maybe even a little disappointed to leave! Thank you for going above and beyond.

Avah is amazing! I had to find a sitter last minute, and she was available to care for Opal. She kept me updated the entire time, was very responsive to texts, and sent photos regularly. Opal warmed up to her quickly, which says a lot since she can be a little shy at first. She genuinely cared and took time to make my dog feel comfortable and safe. I’ll definitely be booking with her again for our next trip. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and caring sitter :)

Our dogs had a wonderful time with Laurie. This was the first time she watched all three of them. She took them on walks, kept them safe and entertained so they came back happy and exhausted. She has a great set up with a fenced in backyard. She has a schedule that really fits. Their needs is very active her soul so that helps with the active dogs and a really great mom that can lend a hand when needed. We are already scheduled with her again!
