“We are very greatful Max has taken great care of our pups, always sends pictures and keeps us updated. One of our dogs is difficult at times. But they are both comfortable there and that gives us a piece of mind whenever we’re gone.”

“I can’t say enough about Breanna and her family, they make Chorizo feel like part of the family. Whenever I leave town, I know Chorizo will be in good hands with Breanna. It’s a plus when she gets to play with other pups too. Thank you again!!!”

“This was my first experience boarding my dog Tuna or leaving her in anyone else's care. Stephanie went above and beyond for Tuna. Stephanie sent pictures, replied promptly, and made sure everyone was at ease. Stephanie was quick to respond, professional, kind, and her services were very affordable. I boarded Tuna for about 6 days. If I ever need to board her again, I will be coming to her! 10/10 reccomend”

“Anna has been great with our older fur baby. She recently kept her for an extended time and sent us videos and pics on a regular basis. She was also very responsive when coordinating drop off / pick up details. She seems to genuinely love animals and ensures that they have their own space for rest periods as well.”

“Amy was communicative and patient with our pup, Ollie. She sent update pictures which the kids were excited for and put our minds at ease. We would definitely book with Amy again!”

“Karen was fantastic with Coco, very responsive, sent updates and photos, and made me feel completely at ease. So grateful to have someone nearby I can trust. Five stars, will definitely book again!”

“Wonderful service. This was our first experience and it was very smooth and easy. Dusty had a great time and made new friends. We couldn't ask for more - Lisa and her family were great. We'll definitely use them again.”

About: I've been a lifelong dog owner and have cared for dogs most of my life. I've frequently dog-sat for friends and family over the years, including feeding, walking, administering medications when needed and providing lots of attention and playtime. I work from home full-time, so your dog will receive plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. My partner is retired and also home most of the time, so there is almost always someone here with the pets. Because of this, dogs are rarely left alone and get lots of care, playtime, and comfort during their stay. Dogs under 40 lbs. please. We provide a calm, safe, and welcoming environment and follow each dog’s normal routine for feeding, potty breaks, walks, and playtime. Our home has a fenced backyard where dogs can safely enjoy time outside. We also have a friendly 5-year-old dog who is low-energy and well socialized. She enjoys the company of other dogs but is also respectful of dogs who prefer their own space. Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to us. We introduce dogs slowly, supervise interactions, and treat every dog in our home like part of the family. We are also happy to send photo updates so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away.
“Alana was super sweet and took great care of our Riley Roo!! She communicated with us in the morning and evening with cute pics of our pup and was very accommodating to our wishes. It’s clear she’s a dog lover through and through. Highly recommend her :)”

“Cathy was wonderful from the meet up and throughout the stay. We were out of country and hated leaving our babies but she comforted us with lots of updates and pictures! Our dog and hers loved each other which was great! My old bulldog loved the couch and chair with lots of pillows and blankets. We did not have to worry about them while we were so far away which was great!”

“Mollie is an absolute gem! I have renamed her “the Dog Whisperer” as she has a special gift with dogs. She understands them and caters to their needs in a way no other pet sitter has. She will love and pamper your pet to ensure it feels comfortable while you are away. Mollie is honestly one of the best (if not the best) pet sitters we have ever encountered in several years of having people watch our dog(s). She will be watching our sweet pup again next month while we are away and we couldn’t be happier finding such a great Rover. She is reliable and communicates frequently assuring you how your pet is settling into their home away from home. Also, her dog is unbelievable. He is gentle and engaging but just to the level your dog is comfortable with. Our dog doesn’t love other dogs and did great with Chance. Chance and Mollie are a great team and will take the very best care of your pet! Highly recommend her. A+++++++++”

“Juan and his family took excellent care of Monty while we were out of town for 3 days. He got so much exercise playing with their dog and going for walks. And we looked forward to the daily photos and videos, watching him enjoy his time with them. We’d definitely use Juan again!”

“Megan was able to watch our two dogs on very short notice and did a fantastic job! Our dogs have an absolute blast in her home. Megan is definitely our go to person anytime we have to go out of town! Very pleased.”
“Highly recommend 10 out of 10. I was rushed to the hospital last minute and she only had a few hours notice that I needed a sitter and was happy to step up for a whopping 4 days! She kept me updated and coordinated with my son very easily with the chaos of my being hospitalized. I cannot thank her and her family enough for opening their home to my beloved blitz. She insured he ate well, he had a great time and her fenced in backyard and he even got some social time with her daughter and a friends chihuahua. He really had a great time at his doggy vacation. My dog had no signs of stress and we had a great ride home and he settled right back in without any incident. Excellent doggy caregiver!”

“First time using Rover, we booked with Genesis. She was very accommodating with our Lab, Murphy who is insulin dependent. She sent pictures and kept us updated. Murphy is one happy customer!”

“Morgan was kind enough to watch my dog who has never been around cats and handled the situation very professionally. She was kind and had clear communication leading up to the day.”

Rufus is so kind and super sweet! Moose gets along great with his adorable pup, and I love that they get to enjoy nice strolls along the River Walk together. Rufus also sends lots of pictures and updates, which I really appreciate. I always feel comfortable knowing Moose is in such good hands with him. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ciria was AMAZING. My only issue is that she doesn’t live where I live! Came here for a TDY and decided to board my dog last minute. She truly went above and beyond. She accommodated so much for us, was VERY attentive, and sent so many updates. I don’t leave reviews often, but I had to. Thank you for loving on Poppy!!

Morgan was fantastic with our pup while we were away for a week! We were a little nervous leaving him since he can be anxious with new people, but she was patient and clearly took the time to help him feel comfortable. She sent us photos and videos every single day, which meant so much and put our minds completely at ease while we were traveling. It was obvious our little guy was happy and well cared for the whole time. We’d book with her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who genuinely cares about their pup!

Danielle was a complete life-saver! My usual sitter had an emergency and had to cancel the night before my trip. Danielle took my dog in for the weekend with less than a days notice. She was very communicative, kind, and patient with my anxious gal. She sent many photos and updates without me having to ask! I always get so nervous to leave my dog with someone she has never met but Danielle was so easy to work with and so trust-worthy. I highly recommend!!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Ben took exceptional care of Morrison and made being away from my dog completely stress-free. The communication was outstanding, with frequent updates and photos that showed just how happy and comfortable Morrison was. It’s obvious that Ben has a lot of experience with dogs and truly enjoys what he does. Morrison came home happy, healthy, and maybe even a little disappointed to leave! Thank you for going above and beyond.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
