Very communicative! Received lots of photos and videos. Knowledgable of dog breeds and GDV. It was nice knowing she is as observant as I am. This is our second time having Larissa watch our cat Electra, and I couldn't be any happier! Electra is very shy and doesn't normally warm up to people. But ut she warmed right up to Larissa and cuddled up to her. It was amazing!!! Larissa took great care of her and our home. I highly recommend her

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
