I was very impressed by her concern for our Shashi as she acclimated into a new setting with Tamara. We had a brief meet & greet and later a short stay with her and Shashi so we would feel comfortable with her staying for a longer stay later. She was very focused on how Shashi would react and took the time to simply sit with her and let her know it was going to be ok. Our rescue has had a difficult life and this kind of transition was perfect for Shashi. I have full confidence in Tamara caring for our Shashi and know she will be treated with the best Care possible. We highly recommend her
10/10 Boarding! Twisha and Jerry were wonderful, they did a meet and greet with us to feel comfortable, and communicated throughout our corgi’s whole stay. Sent cute pictures everyday and gave him plenty of playtime outside. Whenever I need boarding I will definitely reach out to them and recommend to my friends! Thank you again Twisha and Jerry!
We had such a great experience! My dog Cleo is a blind dog who can be shy and needs a lot of patience and understanding when meeting new people, so I was naturally a little nervous leaving her with someone new. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate with cleo, giving her the time and space she needed to feel comfortable. She kept me updated throughout the stay, which gave me so much peace of mind, and it was clear that Cleo was well cared for and treated like family. I truly appreciated the extra care and attention she gave to Cleo’s unique needs. Jazmine was fantastic! She took such amazing care of our two little pups! She sent plenty of photos, and I was able to tell how happy, comfortable they were in her care. Our puppy (6months old) even had an accident in her crate and Jazmine replaced her towel (that she sleeps on) with one of her own! We will definitely use Jazmine again!
