Safety, trust & environment

Your pup’s safety, health, and happiness are my top priorities. Dogs stay in a loving, supervised home environment where they are treated like family. Our home provides: • Secure fenced yard for play • Doggie door access so pups can go outside whenever they wish • Portable fencing and removable doggie door for additional safety • Couches, beds, cool floors, and cozy lounging spaces • Fresh sanitized sheets covering beds and couches • Colorful blankets used during rainy or muddy days to keep things clean The Doggie Zen Den includes: • A playpen • Three blanket-covered kennel “caves” with comfy beds • Spaces used for mealtimes, specific situations, or by owner request (such as bedtime) Additional accommodations available upon request: • Cozy covered crate accommodations • Portable indoor/outdoor playpen for special needs or preferences My own is kept fully up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick/parasite prevention and receives bi-annual veterinary checkups with our trusted veterinarian. I also capture lots of photos and videos and send at least two updates daily so you can see how your pup is doing. If anything arises, I contact the owner immediately so we can collaborate on the best course of action. If a vet visit becomes necessary, I coordinate with both the owner and veterinarian to ensure seamless care. *First time on ROVER use PROMO CODE: TAMARL54481 for $20 off your 1st booking with us!*

Information Tamara L. would like to know about your pet

House Training & Special Care Any history of incontinence, marking, dribbling, or incomplete house training must be fully disclosed prior to booking so I can ensure the right fit. Dogs with these needs will be booked under an Extra Care rate (+$10–$40/day) based on expected care and may be adjusted during the stay if actual behavior, frequency, or amount of cleanup differs from what was disclosed. Please note that even dogs who do not mark at their home may mark in a group or new environment (including mine); if this requires additional management or cleaning, the Extra Care rate may be applied. Dogs requiring diapers or belly bands must keep them on reliably. Any history of removal, frequent accidents, or dribbling—especially on furniture or bedding—must be shared. Repeated marking or accidents on furniture/bedding may require higher rates or may not be a good fit. My home is not the setting for trial-and-error management. I live here full-time, and hygiene is a priority for both myself and the safety of all dogs in my care. I maintain a clean, odor-free environment—dogs go home as clean as they arrived. Managing accidents requires significant time, effort, and supplies, including protective coverings, frequent laundering, and specialized cleaning products to fully remove odors and maintain a sanitary space. The Extra Care rate reflects this additional level of care. Additional care may include potty breaks as often as every 30 minutes for dogs not accustomed to a dog door, as well as structured rest time or kennel/playpen use when appropriate. If behaviors are not disclosed and result in increased care needs, the Extra Care rate may be applied or increased. In rare cases—such as a breakdown in communication or significant non-disclosure resulting in excessive care, work, or cleanup—the stay may need to end early. Owners may be asked to provide supplies if needed. Please note: This policy is part of my standard care protocol and will be reviewed and signed at the meet & greet prior to booking. By proceeding, owners acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to these terms. • Share any preferences, allergies, routines, or dietary restrictions prior to booking. Medical Information Please inform me of any age-related or medical conditions, including: • Arthritis • Seizures or neurological conditions • Other health concerns Also include: • Symptoms I should watch for • Clear instructions for medications or treatments • A step-by-step guide for how to respond if an episode occurs If a medical event happens, I will follow your instructions carefully and keep you informed, ensuring your pup receives proper care, rest, medication, and comfort. Any extra care costs will be agreed upon prior to booking. If disclosed at drop-off, expect a fee to be added. Grooming & Cleanliness While pups don’t need to be freshly groomed before arrival, I do ask that they come in good condition — not excessively dirty, smelly, or matted. If schedules are tight and we plan ahead, I’m happy to transport your pup to and from a nearby groomer at no charge. Owners just need to make all arrangements with the groomer in advance. Mobile grooming vans visiting my home are also welcome. Holiday Policy During holiday periods, extended stay and second dog discounts are not available due to increased demand and heavy bookings. Spring Break Holiday Dates • March 6–14, 2027 • March 4–12, 2028 Holiday rates apply during these dates due to high booking demand and limited availability. Thank you for your understanding during these high-demand periods. First time booking on ROVER? My personal PROMO CODE for $20 off: TAMARL54481
