Safety, trust & environment
Your pup’s safety, health, and happiness are my top priorities. Dogs stay in a loving, supervised home environment where they are treated like family. Our home provides: • Secure fenced yard for play • Doggie door access so pups can go outside whenever they wish • Portable fencing and removable doggie door for additional safety • Couches, beds, cool floors, and cozy lounging spaces • Fresh sanitized sheets covering beds and couches • Colorful blankets used during rainy or muddy days to keep things clean The Doggie Zen Den includes: • A playpen • Three blanket-covered kennel “caves” with comfy beds • Spaces used for mealtimes, specific situations, or by owner request (such as bedtime) Additional accommodations available upon request: • Cozy covered crate accommodations • Portable indoor/outdoor playpen for special needs or preferences My own is kept fully up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick/parasite prevention and receives bi-annual veterinary checkups with our trusted veterinarian. I also capture lots of photos and videos and send at least two updates daily so you can see how your pup is doing. If anything arises, I contact the owner immediately so we can collaborate on the best course of action. A typical day includes a healthy mix of play, rest, and social time: • Outdoor play and zoomies in the fenced yard • Pack social time with other pups • Indoor relaxation on couches, beds, or cool floors • Toy play and enrichment • Rest and recharge time • Snuggles and companionship To maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, our home is kept well maintained for all pups: • Beds and couches are covered with sanitized sheets, changed as needed • Dog bed covers, blankets, pads, and toys are cleaned regularly • Floors are cleaned routinely to keep the space fresh and sanitary • Fresh reverse osmosis filtered water is always available in two large gravity water bowls • On rainy or muddy days, area rugs and colorful blankets or sheets are placed on furniture to help keep everything clean and comfortable Many pups become regular members of the pack, and it’s always a joy seeing them return to what feels like their second home.
