“My dogs loved Ms. Karen!! We left them with her for a few days and she was constantly keeping us updated on how they were doing and sending us pictures and videos of them. It was our first time leaving them with someone new & we were at peace because of the great communication we had with Karen. She has a locked backyard where they LOVE to be and they’re entertained with her. She does a great job at accommodating your pets needs and making sure they’re comfortable with their stay. She’s also great at keeping them on their schedule and following whatever diets/rules/habits your pets have. Would absolutely recommend Karen!”

“Rocio and Miwako are a wonderful couple, and they took very good care of my baby girl. They sent me updates with videos, and I knew she was safe while I was traveling for work. My Maltese is 12 years old and only weighs 4.1 lbs. She doesn't do well in traditional boarding facilities, and I like the personalized care she gets from Rocio & Miwako. They also only watch one animal at a time which gives me a stronger comfort level regarding her safety. I would recommend them to anyone!”

“We used 3 different pet hotels in the past but would like to give Rover a try. I like this setting a lot better. Patti is a wonderful pet sitter and really cares about my dog. Her home is clean and tidy. My dog came home happy with a doggy bag & detailed report card. Throughout his stay, Patti sent me photos of my dog at her house and neighborhood. The best part is that she take care of my dog only (one client at a time) so my dog has less chance of contacting any sickness from another dog in a group setting.”

Tamara is the best! When my partner and I returned to pick up little Sammy, our puppy didn't want to leave. Tamara really fosters a dog community that made our puppy feel right at home. Her dog Tinker also seems to serve as a sort of big brother to all the dogs making sure everyone is playing nice and getting along. Sammy very quickly took to Tinker and it seems that Tinker treated him like a little brother. Sammy came back home and slept like a baby the rest of the day. Clearly he had a great time at Tamara's Doggy Hotel! I highly recommend Tamara for anyone with a dog or puppy. The environment is great and she was great at committing to Sammy's food and medication schedules. She also taught Sammy how to use the doggy door and his bathroom habits have improved. We also notice that even though he is in his teething phase, Sammy bites less often and responds to the word "No" more efficiently. We will definitely be dropping Sammy off to his auntie Tamara's more often!
Juliana’s daily communication and regular photo updates of my Morkie, Oliver, was greatly appreciated. It was so reassuring to know (through pictures and videos) that my little guy was doing well and adjusting quickly to his new surroundings and acquainting himself with his 2 friendly playmates as Juliana has 2 dogs of her own. We highly recommend Juliana to anyone who wants their fur baby(ies) left in the “best hands.”
Jessica took care of Chloe over the weekend and was great! She was extremely responsive on Rover and was accommodating to when I was able to drop my dog off and pick her up. She sent me daily updates and pictures of Chloe and she looked like she was enjoying her stay! I would highly recommend Jessica for anybody.
Patti is a very kind and thoughtful caregiver. Our dog is very sensitive and accustomed to a lot of attention as part of our small family. Leaving him is difficult, but we feel he is safe and well-cared for with Patti. I really think he likes her, and that matters. We like her, too, and heartily recommend her.
