She allowed me and my husband to have a meet and greet with her and her dogs beforehand so we felt comfortable, she asked all the right questions about routines, she clearly told me her expectations and was very communicative. On the day of the visit, she sent so many pictures and kept me updated. I was worried Charlee wouldn’t eat much but she did! (And had normal bowels, which I was also worried about!) Glad we now have a safe second home for our pup when we have to leave her! Highly recommend.”

“Sarah was amaaazing!! She genuinely loves dogs and knows how to make them feel at ease including we "the parents." Her husband Nick shares with her this genuine love for dogs and it shows. Our Coco stayed with them for 12 days while we were in Europe! Sarah took the time to keep us informed daily about how our Coco was doing. She texted us daily and sent us pictures AND videos everyday as well. From the moment we met Sarah and Nick we sensed that they were definitely a "perfect fit" for our Coco. She cares for small dogs only and that was an important factor for us because our maltepoo is very small and being among bigger dogs was a concern for us. I loved that there were many small friends for Holly to play with, and even though Tamara was mindful and careful about Holly integrating, they all settled in so quickly and easily. She sent updates, and took note of details. She was super accommodating when we had a flight delay when picking up Holly at the end. It was like sending Holly to a puppy summer camp, and Tamara is a safe, kind carer. We would definitely use her again.”

“Lili was amazing!! She sent daily updates and took excellent care of our senior kitty. Our 16 year old cat has lost a lot of weight in the past two years, so I shared with Lili that the goal is to get her to eat anything (food, treats, etc.) Lili worked her magic and Bella actually gained 0.4 lbs!! Lili also groomed her so she seemed like she had a bath, she was cleaner than we dropped her off (as an elderly lady, Bella doesn’t clean herself like she used to.) And Lili returned the litter box spotless. Couldn’t recommend her more!!”

“As always Sophie did great with Karen!! Karen is very patient with all of our “little old lady dachshund’s” quirks and problems!! She takes really good care of Sophie—just as if she was her dog. We get pictures, videos and updates to let us know how Sophie is doing. All in all, Karen just does a perfect job and we really appreciate her being so caring with Sophie.”
