About: I grew up with all types of different pets in the household from dogs to guinea pigs to birds and even shrimp! So, naturally, I came to love for all animals! Loving them means to also care for them, so I had to provide care for each animal making sure they were properly fed, cleaned, and had a safe environment to sleep. What you can expect from me: * Quick responses * Reliable scheduling * Updates/photos during visits * Respect for your home and routine I currently work part time and go to school full time, but I still have plenty of time to dedicate to the loved animals of San Antonio. I promise to provide the absolute best care to your pets and to your homes. I will make sure your pets are kept safe and properly cared for. I also walk my dogs all the time, so I know proper handling and care when walking a dog.

“Russell is always on time and the moment my puppies met him they loved him! He’s accommodating to requests and always makes sure to let me know any changes. I’m happy to have him as the regular walker for my pups!”

“Samantha is very responsible and careful about her communication. You can tell a real love of animals and people are at the root of her choice to do dog walking. I think you will appreciate her services.”

“My bullmastiff, Gus, loves Tim!! I had to start going back into the office 3 days a week, and I was concerned Gus being alone and in his crate for so long. Tim started walking him on those days and I can see a huge I’ increase in Gus’ happiness. Someone rang the doorbell the other day and Gus got so excited!! Normally he ignores the doorbell. But he was looking for Tim. This makes me so happy to see Gus so happy. Thanks Tim for doing such a great job!!”

About: I've lived on a small farm since I was 10 where I've bathed, fed, and cared for multiple dogs, cats, chickens, goats and a bunny. Including puppies and kittens. Friends and family have relied on me to pet sit, provide grooming, medications, walks, and feed their pets. Often times stray animals will make their way into our yard and if they are injured, I'll care for them, feed them and foster them until I can identify their owners. I love all animals and consider each and every one of my pets as family. I am available during the morning and evenings on the weekdays, weekends, and on most holidays to care for your fur baby! At minimum, I spend an hour each visit to ensure your pet(s) are fed, clean, has had time to play and overall gets plenty of love and attention. In your home, I respect and take care of the home and pet(s) as if they were my own. I create a fun, safe and comfortable space for both the owner and pet(s) as I continuously provide updates and/or photos of the pet(s) to the owners during each visit. Depending on the rules from the pet owner, at night I will ensure the pet(s) do get crated and are inside and safe for bedtime and dinner.
About: I believe what sets me apart is my experience working in a veterinary clinic, where I’ve gained hands-on knowledge of animal health and behavior. I’m comfortable administering medications, recognizing signs of illness, and staying calm in stressful situations. I’m also very reliable and make sure to follow each pet’s routine closely while keeping owners updated, so they always feel at ease. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to give your pups lots of attention, play with them, and make sure they’re well taken care of! I’ll be able to keep them company throughout the day and give them plenty of love and exercise. I will always make sure a pet is comfortable in my home. I may live in an apartment, but I will make sure your furry friend goes on as many walks as they want.
About: I have been pet sitting for about five years now and have experience with many different sizes and breeds of animals! I raised a lamb, goat, and a guide dog in high school and personally, I have owned a Cavachon, and a Labrador. I used to work at a dog daycare for about a year and I volunteered with Animal Defense League! Currently I am on summer break and so I have full availability! In the fall, I will only go to school on Mondays and Wednesdays. I never take my eyes off of a pet, especially if we are outside. I always make sure that they are next to me when passing someone else or another pet on a walk and redirect them is needed. I always greet animals I do not know calmly and gently, I never want to overstimulate them.

“Andria has been a real help to me this past week with all the weather uncertainty. She is responsible about communicating….. and on time when she is committed to a certain date and time. I think her qualifications are more than adequate for the responsibility she carries in walking our precious pets.”

“Yaretzi is wonderful. She’s a great communicator, punctual and so great with our Australian Shepherd, Sadie. She can get very excited for her walk and Yaretzi handles it with such patience. Highly recommended her!”

About: Hi, I’m Destini! Caring for dogs has always been a standard part of my daily routine. I have two dogs of my own, so I'm well-versed in handling different personalities, energy levels, and daily care needs. For a long time, I’ve been the go-to dog walker and sitter for my cousins and extended family whenever they need a hand or head out of town. Because I already love spending my free time taking care of pups, I decided to offer my services on Rover to help other busy dog owners in our community! P.S. For safety, a companion joins me for all first visits. I work a flexible 8-hour schedule from Monday to Friday, which allows me to easily prioritize your pet's needs throughout the day. Whether it requires waking up early for a morning walk or offering dedicated care late at night, I always make sure your fur baby gets full attention, affection, and timely care. For drop-in visits, I follow all feeding, medication, and playtime instructions to the letter, ensuring your home stays secure when I leave. For walks, I use sturdy leashes/harnesses, stick to safe routes, keep a close eye on weather conditions, and never allow interaction with unfamiliar dogs. You will always receive detailed updates and photo reports after every visit!
About: I currently care for my own pets, including two dogs (a senior Chihuahua mix named Roxi and another senior female dog named Pebbles) and two cats named Dumpling and Chino. I also have experience helping neighbors and friends by watching their pets while they were on vacation, making sure they were fed, walked, and well cared for. Taking care of both my own pets and others has given me hands-on experience with different personalities, routines, and needs. I’m patient, reliable, and attentive, and I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for like they are my own. I am currently a college student, and since it is summer, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate time to pet care throughout the week. I am able to plan my day around drop-in visits, walks, and overnight care as needed. I am organized with my time and make sure I am fully available for the pets I commit to. During the school year, I adjust my schedule around my classes, but I still make time for pet care to ensure consistency and reliability for each client. Regardless of whether I am dog sitting or cat sitting in my own home or at my client's home, safety, comfort, and consistency is my # 1 concern when caring for any animal, Whether I am house or in-home dog sitting or cat sitting, I carefully follow all of the owner's instructions for feeding, exercising, or other care for the pet. Most importantly, I will help their pet maintain their usual routine as much as possible. In any instance, I will always be alert to the well-being and level of comfort their animal experiences so I will know how to adapt and meet any situation with care. In my own home I am particularly careful to ensure it is a quiet, safe, and clean environment so the animal does not encounter any risks or any other dangers. I will always respect my client's property while providing professional care, and in either type of home environment, I will ensure the animal in my care feels as safe, loved, and comforted as possible whilst their parents are out.
