“We had a wonderful experience with Karen. This was our first experience using Rover and Karen set the bar pretty high. She kept us updated with pictures and videos while we were away and made us feel like Tito was in great hands. She asked a ton of questions about our dogs habits, personality and routine during the meet and greet and helped us understand what we should bring to make sure he was comfortable while we were away. Tito was very comfortable around her and we would definitely leave Tito with Karen again.”

They play together and the kids love Oreo they walking together. This family of Sarah is reliable trustworthy to take care of my Oreo. Always update me by sending me a pictures, videos. Oreo should be only stay overnight something happened , I call Sarah for the extended stay and she very accommodating for my request. I should book her again next week. But, the date that I need she is not available. I will book her again in the future. I m sure I will recommend her to my other friends.”

Jackie let us bring her about a month before to see if they liked each other and if her pup would get along. Missy is a service dog so we were concerned about the separation. “I travel with my dog, Hiro, for a living and needed a consistent place for him to stay during my work days for 3-4 months. Tambre took really great care of Hiro. He knew the drive to her house and was so excited to see Tambre and his pup friends. He would come home and knock out from days of playing. I had concerns of Hiro being dehydrated because of the heat and his activity level and tambre made sure he was well hydrated throughout his stay. She dealt with Hiro losing puppy teeth, neutering, and I’m sure puppy messes too. There was great, prompt communication throughout. Lots of pictures throughout the day. I loved that I was able to see what he was up to! I dropped him off very early in the morning. Some days, I had to stay late at work or I was stuck behind a train and tambre was very understanding and flexible. You can’t get that anywhere else! There was always someone available. I really felt Hiro was safe and cared for. I highly recommend her for all of your dog care needs!”
