Kathy was very responsive whenever we had questions and also so flexible with our booking. We were having travel issues and needed our dog to stay a bit longer than expected and Kathy was able to work with us on extending our booking. We’ve had our dog stay at the vet and other places and he’s usually very whiny and attached when we pick up. This is also the longest we’ve ever boarded him for. My bf said when he picked him up there was no whining to daddy, he was just super chill and has been ever since! I would love to have our boy hang out with her again. We will definitely be going back to Kathy in the future!”
