“We have continued to book with Karen. She follows all care instructions and goes the extra step to make sure Charlie is comfy. She is very communicative and sends lots of pics and videos. She also takes Charlie on extra walks. I know he loves being with Karen because he’s always super excited to see her. We’ll continue to book with Karen!”
