We had came in from out of town which added to my nerves about leaving him in someone's care but Juan sent me constant updates of Clue playing and enjoying himself while in his care. Katie sent photos throughout the service and my pup was having tons of fun all the way until pick-up. They have a large yard for the pups to sunbathe in and run around. We spoke at the end of the service and they gave me a run down of how everything went and I greatly appreciated that especially since it helps me get to know how my pup is while I’m away. Overall, my pup had a great time and I had a peace of mind while I was away from him. They are the sweetest humans and pups!”

“We just moved in the area 6 months ago. This is the first time we used Rover and the first time my fur babies will be staying in a different house. You can just imagine how nervous I am and also for my fur babies. We did a meet and greet before deciding to book. My husband and I were very pleased with the way they introduce our dogs with their own dogs. We are also very happy to meet everyone that will/might interact with my dogs. The first day I was nervous to leave them but Kristen made sure I received updates and pictures the whole day. She assured me that they are fine and they are having a great time, which they were.
