She allowed me and my husband to have a meet and greet with her and her dogs beforehand so we felt comfortable, she asked all the right questions about routines, she clearly told me her expectations and was very communicative. On the day of the visit, she sent so many pictures and kept me updated. I was worried Charlee wouldn’t eat much but she did! (And had normal bowels, which I was also worried about!) “I had an awesome trip and Iagan and Melanie had an awesome stay with Charlie and Madeleine! Each day brought multiple picture and video uploads to keep me up to date. Iagan flirted with a poodle and Melanie branched out and found herself a friend too. All I can say is that there was enough walking and pack time to keep the dogs busy. So much that Iagan and Melanie took a day and a half to recover. Tired dogs are good dogs! We will be repeat customers for day care and overnight. Charlie and Madeleine are perfect dog parents :)”
