My wife and I have fostered for San Antonio Pets Alive since 2021, are the first people our friends ask to watch their animals, and have 2 fur babies of our own. We’ve watched neonatal kittens, puppies, senior dogs, and about everything in between. We know what it’s like to need a safe place for your family member to stay while you’re away and want to offer our care for those who need it. We only book one animal / family at a time, so you can trust that when you leave your pet with us they will be getting our full care & attention. We both work hybrid jobs which allow us to be home with your pet almost the whole day, every day. This means that pets with higher exercise needs, behavioral concerns, medication schedules, and more can be safe with us!

Ellen has watched our dog and two cats multiple times over the last year. She treats our pets like her own and we trust her whole heartedly to care for them and provide them with not only the basics, but also snuggles and love. We are lucky to have found such a great pet sitter!

Schedule
My wife and I both work hybrid jobs which allow us to be home whenever needed. We can provide potty breaks all through the day and supervision of your pet is guaranteed.

Safety, trust & environment
We offer boarding in our own home and would be able to provide walks up to three times per day plus potty breaks in our backyard as much as needed.
A typical day
We have a great walking park just out of our back gate so your dog can enjoy all the sights and smells during their stay with us. A typical day would include morning play or walks, day time snuggles and supervision, then another activity in the evening to help your dog sleep well through the night! For cats, we have lots of laser pointers, feather toys, cat tunnels, and surfaces at different heights. With permission, we also have a great treat selection so your cats end each day purring. We like to sit in silence and let the cats lead the way as we are getting to know each other.
