About: Welcome to my dog sitting/boarding haven, where furry friends are family! With a lifelong passion for animals, I've shared my home with a menagerie over the years—from dogs and cats to fish, hamsters, and even horses. For me, a home without dogs simply isn't complete. My own pups, both neutered males weighing 13 and 39 pounds respectively, serve as gracious hosts, welcoming newcomers with open paws. I'm adept at facilitating gradual integrations, ensuring a smooth transition for all. I’m thrilled that you’re considering entrusting me with the care of your furry family member. I have high standards for my service, as I believe that clear communication and shared expectations are vital for the safety and well-being of every pup. As you explore the various sections, including Schedule, Safety, Trust & Environment, a Typical Day, and Important Information About Your Pet, I encourage you to read everything carefully. The details provided are essential for ensuring that we are on the same page regarding care, vetting, hygiene, training, and behavior expectations. This mutual understanding helps create a loving, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our furry guests. Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to providing your pup with the highest level of care! Thank you for taking the time to explore my profile! Your pets' well-being is my top priority, and I look forward to welcoming them into my home with open arms. At my home dog boarding service, your pups are part of the family. We are home with them nearly all day, every day, giving them constant love, attention, and care. This business is my passion and priority, and I ensure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and cherished while they’re here. Our daily routine is focused on creating a peaceful, fun, and comfortable environment. The pups can enjoy a mix of activities—whether it’s lounging in the cozy Doggie Zen Den, exploring the yard, or relaxing on the couch, dog beds or cool tile floor. Throughout the day, I’ll keep you updated with photos and videos so you’re always in the loop about your pup’s adventures. This is truly a labor of love for me, and I treat each pup as if they were my own. Every dog has their unique needs and preferences, and I’m here to make sure they’re happy, comfortable, and treated with the utmost care while they’re with me. *First time guests use PROMO CODE: TAMARL54481 for $20 off your 1st booking with us!* Welcome to our home doggie daycare. Upon request, I can provide cozy covered crate accommodations for your pup, ensuring their safety and security. Additionally, I have a portable indoor/outdoor playpen available for any special needs or preferences. Rest assured, my own pups are kept up to date on all vaccinations, including heartworm and flea & tick prevention, and they receive regular bi-annual check-ups from our trusted veterinarian to ensure their continued well-being. At my home dog-sitting and boarding service, I prioritize safety, hygiene, and comfort for every pup. I cover all beds and couches with fresh, sanitized sheets and replace them as needed. For rainy or muddy days, I use colorful bedspreads and blankets. Pups can relax in the cozy indoor space or enjoy the fenced yard. The Doggie Zen Den features a playpen and three blanket-covered kennel "caves" with comfy beds, used for mealtimes, specific situations, or upon the owner’s request, like bedtime. Our fenced yard, along with portable fencing and a removable doggie door, adds extra security. I capture lots of photos and videos during the first day, and send at least two updates daily. If anything arises, I immediately contact the owner to collaborate on the best course of action. In case a vet visit is necessary, I’ll coordinate with the owner and vet for seamless care. For pups with special needs, I take extra precautions, ensuring I follow all medical instructions to provide attentive, loving care. About: I have raised litters of puppies, worked with problem cases at shelters, trained a service dog, and cared for senior pups with complex health needs. For the first time ever, I am now a cat lady and I love it just as much. Add in some experience with exotics too for good measure! I've dealt with medical emergencies and am knowledgeable and a quick thinker. I work flexible hours from home so I am available anytime. Like anyone, I avoid driving long distance during rush hour traffic, but really anytime is fair game! In your home, I am responsible and respectful. I pay close attention to detail, and make sure instructions are followed exactly. Your pet deserves the love and care you would give them yourself! You also deserve to feel confident that your pet and home are receiving excellent care, so communication is a top priority. My home is spacious, free of carpet, quiet and stress free. I have a small fenced in yard and live on a small cul de sac in a safe neighborhood. One cat and one responsible kiddo share the space, but kitty can have his own private quarters. Pets must be a good personality match for boarding, but we're pretty chill around here!

About: What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give to every dog. I treat each pup like my own and take the time to learn their routine, personality, and needs so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m patient, dependable, and great at reading dog behavior, which helps me adjust my care to each dog individually. I’m especially comfortable with puppies, including helping reinforce basic training, potty schedules, and crate routines, and I’m also experienced with senior dogs, providing gentle care, medication reminders, slower walks, and extra attention. I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection—while keeping owners updated with regular photos and messages for peace of mind. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I already care for my own dog. I plan my schedule around walks, feeding times, play, and attention, so adding another dog feels seamless rather than rushed. I’m home often and able to provide consistent care, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. Because I’m used to maintaining a regular routine, I’m reliable with feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, and any special instructions. I enjoy incorporating dogs into my day—whether that’s walks, playtime, or quiet time—so they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away. I care for pets by following their usual routine as closely as possible, whether in my home or in a client’s home. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, get regular potty breaks, daily walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and comfort level so they feel safe and relaxed. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family and always supervised. I provide a clean, calm environment with space to play and rest, and I carefully manage interactions to keep everyone comfortable. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and follow all care instructions closely, including feeding routines, medications, and house rules. For puppies, I help reinforce potty training and basic commands, and for senior pets, I provide gentle care, slower walks, and extra attention. I also keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel confident their pet is happy and well cared for.

About: I am 20, about to be a sophomore at San Antonio college. Since I was 13 I’ve taken care of my own pets. I also have cared for pets that the families I babysit for have. We also have been fostering Great Danes for the last 2 years. Over the 2022 summer, I potty trained 2 Great Dane puppies, I also taught them how to sit, stay, and overall manners. I love animals and truly enjoy having them around. I currently can’t do boarding because I am training my own dog but I have any availability to housesit/dogsit. I have references if you’d like one just let me know 😁 I am a sophomore in college but it is online. I just started working at Freddy’s but I am unaware of my schedule just yet . I care for my own dog, she is 5 years old American stafforshire terrier. I feed her, take her to the dog park, walk her, bathe her, and overall care for her. Though my mother does help me out when I’m busy. I make sure the dogs I’m caring for are let out when needed, I play with them as much as I can, and I feed them when they are scheduled to be fed. I love playing with dogs so I’d play with them and take them out on walks.

I have a regular 8 hour job most days, Because I work outside. I enjoy getting to do something before having to go to sleep for work the next day. About: Friendly, responsible and very experienced animal lover committed to giving your pet the best care possible! Experienced handling dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes, breeds and temperaments. Experienced with domestic pets as well as a very wide range of various farm and ranch animals and exotics; such as, but not limited to, a vast array of poultry and fowl including peacocks, pheasant, parrots, ostrich, emu, rhea, geese, ducks, chickens and quail, equine, domesticated and wild horses, shetland ponies, bovine, cattle, buffalo, watusi, zebu, eiland, wildebeest, goats, sheep, big horn sheep, rams, awdads, pigs, numerous species of deer and hooved stock, antelope, elk, nelgai, eiland, black buck, water buck, red deer, peir david, and many more exotic species. Experienced with senior and special needs animals, special dietary needs, giving supplements and administering meds. Worked at the Helotes Humane Society where I was operations technician as well as kennel manager for approximately 3 years. Rehabilitating and caring for large numbers of animals, giving each the best care and love that I possibly could every day! Animal caretaker and ranch hand at Prieto Creek exotic animal reserve for over 2 years, caring for over 200 exotic animals across 400 acres, including 4 large aviaries full of rare and exotic birds, coi ponds and several large stocked lakes. I also worked as an animal trainer at sea world, caring for and training animals featured in the shows. I love bringing joy and caring for any and all types of animals! Caring for animals has been a passionate part of my life since I was a small child, I've always had numerous pets from dogs to ducks, chickens and large turtles! To this day, I give my boys the best care and attention they deserve, maybe more to be honest, they're pretty spoiled but I'm happy to be able to spoil them however I can because they give me unconditional love and bring me such joy everyday! Your pet's care is of the upmost importance! Keeping them happy, healthy, safe and comfortable while you are away is always my priority! I like to stick to your normal set schedule and routine, I believe this keeps your pets calm and comfortable and makes the whole process smoother and easier for everyone. Depending on the booking, I will send "pupdates" throughout my visits letting you know how things are going and pictures of your fur babies. My priority is keeping your pet calm, comfortable and safe. I'm experienced in reading an animal's behavior, body language and mood and this helps me understand how to proceed and adjust their care and my actions accordingly, keeping them happy and comfortable until your return. Every animal is different but building trust and a mutual respect for each other is key to having a successful relationship. Your pet may become stressed or lonely while you're away. If I notice a change in their mood I will try to extend my visits or arrive earlier, giving them more affection, playing with them and their favorite toy or activity and spending quality time with them to help ease their worried mind. Enrichment is a great way to occupy their alone time, toys like kongs, chew toys with their favorite treats or peanut butter inside, squeaky toys and stuffed animals are all great ways to keep your pet occupied and distracted during your absence. My goal is keeping them as happy and healthy as possible until your return! I do notice a huge increase in the level of excitement to see me, get the leash and get going on our adventures! I've had comments from owner's on their pet's improved sleeping habits, better moods, behavior, leash manners and less destruction when left alone! I'm so glad I'm able to bring joy and excitement to someones beloved pet.

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life...and my soul! I'm passionate about giving them the best lives possible. I have experience with many different breeds (mostly the beloved mixed breed) through all life stages. I've potty trained both puppies and grown dogs. I significant experience with seniors and navigating their special needs - from mobility assistance to incontinence care. I can't wait to meet your pup! I am currently in between jobs so I have quite open availability for walks as well as boarding. I have plenty of time to take pups out regularly if boarding, so no one has to hold it! I have a spacious open-floor-plan home that's good for play-time. I have 3 dogs of my own. One is senior and keeps to herself. The other two are mixed breed and always up for play! I also have two cats that are very accustomed to being around all kinds of visitors - human and animal alike. My yard is substantial and conducive to running and zoomies. It is enclosed with a safety fence, and I only have neighbors on either side (the back is against a greenway).

About: My wife and I have fostered for San Antonio Pets Alive since 2021, are the first people our friends ask to watch their animals, and have 3 fur babies of our own! We’ve watched neonatal kittens, puppies, senior dogs, and about everything in between. We know what it’s like to need a safe place for your family member to stay while you’re away and want to offer our care for those who need it! My wife and I both work hybrid jobs which allow us to be home whenever needed. We can provide potty breaks all through the day and supervision of your pet is guaranteed. We offer boarding in our own home and would be able to provide walls up to twice per day plus potty breaks in our backyard as much as needed.

I am so lucky to have found someone so amazing to walk my puppy Moose! Demetria went above and beyond for Moose! She was amazing at communicating and allowed a meet and greet before our official booking to make sure Moose and I were both comfortable and at ease. She sent lots of pictures which made me feel really happy about how Moose was being treated! She also left a really thorough summary of their walk. As someone that feels so bad leaving my dog, Demetria sure made me feel at ease! I cannot say more good things! She went above and beyond!! You can tell she truly loves dogs and will treat your own furry friend like her own!
