About: 🇺🇲 Detroit My friends call me the "animal whisperer" because I always seem to be rescuing and finding homes for strays. I love animals so much and would treat your pet with the same love and care that I show my own. If I don't have to be somewhere you can find me at home with the pets or out in nature. I love going for walks! I care for pets like they are part of the family. I live in a great neighborhood for walking with two fantastic parks nearby. My cats are friendly and respect the space of other animals. Your pet will get lots of trips outside and all the chin scratches they want.

She has a limp from a recent injury and Lauren was great, playing with her inside rather than doing a full walk which the vet told us not to do for a while. About: My name is Ariel! I’m an attentive and responsible pet lover residing in Corktown. I am a registered nurse with an extremely flexible schedule. I have 3 years of experience with many happy, repeating Rover clients. My clients and their pets mean a lot to me! My goal is to put your mind at ease while you’re away, and treat your pets like they are my own. Please don’t hesitate to provide me with any and all detailed requests for your furry friends! My full-time job as a registered nurse means my schedule changes weekly. I have a lot of flexibility, and can usually accommodate irregular schedules. About: I’ve been a cat caretaker for most of my life, including my two fur babies, Zelda & Yoshi, numerous pet-sitting sessions for friends and family, and years on Rover! I will treat your babies like they are my own ❤️ I work 9am-6pm from home, but otherwise I have a flexible schedule with plenty of time for drop-in visits & (very important) playtime and snuggles. I offer complimentary “getting to know you” visits so that you and your furry friend(s) can meet me and go over your pet’s needs and preferences. I love sending photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind and see how your pet is doing.

About: Hello! My name is Avery ..... I have had dogs all throughout my life and plan to keep it that way! As a kid I grew up with with two beagles, a chocolate lab, a pit bull, and most recently a rescue shar pei/ lab mix. I love seeing every animals personality shine through and spoiling them with love and attention. Each one of my dogs has loved the outdoors (almost as much as me) and had lives full of adventure and exercise. I have also lived with cats and love them (through my previous roommate). I love animals of all breeds and sizes and would love the chance to meet yours! I am a current student so my schedule is semi flexible at the moment. Currently unavailable/working Tuesday evenings (although i pick up other shifts when im able). I try my best to keep my calendar updated to reflect my availability, please reach out if you have any questions! I am super active and would love to spend time outside walking with your pet if you' like and the weather allows! If not we can spend time in-doors playing.

About: I'm loving to all dogs, big and small. Others' dogs tend to gravitate towards me, which I love. I have owned two dogs, which I crate trained and potty trained. I enjoy going for walks and letting them take the lead if they know where they want to go. I also relish having them sleep with me if they want, and talking to them as though they are humans. I also have experience with older dogs who need extra loving care in their later years. Dogs are great friends! I work full-time, but am free on the weekends and nights. I have a different work schedule than typical 9-5, so can be present during the early-late morning and early evening. I live in a small apartment steps away from Wayne State and there are plenty of places to walk and play! If need be, I lay out wee-wee pads and go outside as often as I can. There is a possibility of taking the dogs to work, too. A very low key office environment. Water is always available in walks and food is replenished as needed.

About: I grew up on a full swing farm outside of Port Huron, MI. We had border collies and Great Pyrenees and I spent many hours exploring and adventuring with them (teaching them to open doors and coral the cows and sheep!) I’m currently working as a freelance artist (pet portraits!) and yoga instructor, so my schedule is very flexible based on the needs of your pet. Whether at my home or yours I am an avid runner/walker and will take your pup for strolls around town. If they enjoy the dog park I’m also happy to incorporate some social hours in to the sitting!

About: From a young age I have enjoyed taking care of pets and watching them grow. My own dog I raised from a puppy as a kid and my cat I care for now have taught me how close to the heart pets are kept. Many friends have trusted me with their cats and dogs to ensure they receive proper guardianship while they are away from home. It is an enjoyable experience for us both I currently work from home and have plenty of flexibility for bookings. On the days that I don’t work I have open availability for bookings as well From my experience in taking care of pets, I always make sure the door to your home is kept closed and locked. When we go outside for walks I always double check the security of the leash and collar. About: I love all animals! I have about 3 years working at a fear free animal hospital where we only used low stress handling techniques. My love for animals has grown from having my own. About: I’ve had multiple years of experience with senior dogs, pets needing help with medication, or energetic pets requiring lots of play. I have two cats myself. I’m a musician with a flexible schedule so I can make time whenever they need me. Happy to do over nights or pop in visits. Ive found it best to try to keep animals routines and schedules as regular as possible from what they’re used to to minimize their stress.

I grew up with both dogs and cats as well as smaller pets like hamsters and fish, so caring for animals has always felt second nature to me. I currently live with three cats and am very comfortable with feline routines, personalities and special needs. I also have experience with small and large dogs; from growing up with a Chihuahua to caring for an American Bulldog, so I understand how different sizes and temperaments require different approaches. I am attentive, patient, and always focused on making pets feel safe, comfortable and cared for while you're away. I currently work Tuesday-Saturday in the afternoons (typically from 3:30pm-8pm with the occasional later nights). I am available in the mornings for check-ins, quality time, play time, feedings, and walks and I'm happy to help pets start their day calmly and on a schedule. I communicate clearly if my evening availability changes and always prioritize routines and consistency for the pets in my care. Safety, trust and comfort are my top priorities. I provide care in your home so pets can stay in a familiar environment, keeping their routines consistent and minimizing stress. I follow all feeding, walking and care instructions closely, maintain a clean and calm space, and pay attention to details to ensure your pets safety and well-being. My goal is to make both you and you pet confident and relaxed while you're away.

About: I work in the medical field as a PA and also have a love for animals. I have my own dog and have grown up with dogs so I am very capable of caring for them! Caring for my own pet, Duke, and others fits wonderfully into my daily schedule. I do work during the days but often find myself coming home early. We do almost daily walks in the mornings or evenings and have lots of play time inside. Weekends are filled with outside activities such as dog parks, walks, or enjoying the day inside with friends. I live in an apartment downtown Detroit close to many dog parks as well as easy access to the riverwalk and other trails. My dog roams freely in our apartment/sleeps with us as any guest pets are welcome to do as well, unless specified otherwise by owners:)
