“We found ourselves in a bit of a jam before a planned trip after our long-term arrangement ended. Luckily, we found Theresa and Adrian! We initially discussed our ask - a few days stay - and agreed to bring over our Lucy for a quick visit. They were very attentive with great questions about Lucy's needs and habits. Lucy decided to be very ill-behaved at the visit and we offered to connect them with our previous sitter to confirm her usual behavior, which they took us up on. When we dropped off Lucy for the stay, she was wagging her tail and went in without a pause! They sent us pics and updates while we were away, which was such a relief and let us enjoy our time with family. When we arrived to pick up Lucy, she barked at the knock like it was her house! A good sign. She was happy to be home, but so much less stressed than if we had boarded her at the commercial place nearby. We would absolutely request to have Lucy stay with them again if they'll have her!”

“Emily, Jason & Larry were excellent hosts!! Upon my request for a sitter, they suggested a meet & greet between our dogs. They were welcoming and caring about insuring the dogs were compatible. We agreed on letting Nanook stay. They were very communicative about what our dog was up to, how he was getting along with Larry and they sent photos too. After the stay we were surprised to have received a thank you note and a personalized treat in our bag. That was such a sweet touch! We would definitely book with Emily & Jason again! Nanook enjoyed his stay with them and Larry!”

“Wow, all I can say is that Steven is AWESOME. I was afraid to leave my dogs with Steven because he watches multiple dogs together and my dogs are not good with other dogs. To my surprise, Steven sent me a video of my two dogs walking around the yard with multiple other dogs and not fighting but actually getting along. I could not believe this. As Steven informed me during the meet and greet that the only one that was worried was me and that my two would be fine. Boy, I guess he was correct. lol. He even informed me that my two were sticking together like glue. I taught them to take care of one another. I would recommend Steven for watching anyone's dog. I sure do know that he will be first on my list to call if I ever take another vacation. Again, Steven was AWESOME. He was always so polite and kept a smile on his face when speaking to me. KUDOS to you Steven. Great job. DUKE and BROWNIE say's thank you (WOOF, WOOF). Oh, I forgot the most important thing that impressed me so was the fact that since my dog DUKE has severe arthritis and was not doing the best while Steven was watching him, Steven was concerned so he contacted me after my dogs stay just to make sure DUKE was doing ok. That says volumes for me because it shows that Steven really cares and that is what makes him even more AWESOME.”

I was extremely nervous as this was my first time utilizing Rover, as I usually book with PetSmart but I wanted to make sure my senior dog was well taken care of as boarding can be stressful for older dogs. Once we had the meet and greet, my dogs immediately loved Jess. She made sure that their routine stayed as close to the same as at home to ensure their comfort, and sent pictures and updates daily (which I loved).
