I was extremely nervous as this was my first time utilizing Rover, as I usually book with PetSmart but I wanted to make sure my senior dog was well taken care of as boarding can be stressful for older dogs. Once we had the meet and greet, my dogs immediately loved Jess. She made sure that their routine stayed as close to the same as at home to ensure their comfort, and sent pictures and updates daily (which I loved). “Zaniya was very attentive to my baby Bizkit. She also allowed me to text her for photos and FaceTime (when needed). He got to finally play with other dogs, be more of an outside dog (he's normally an inside dog). Although he suffered from separation anxiety as this being his first time away from my family for more than a day, he adjusted very well as an untrained puppy. She cared for our senior cat, Panda Bear, for almost a month while we were relocating, and knowing he was in her care gave us complete peace of mind. Panda Bear is an older cat, so leaving him for an extended period was incredibly difficult. From day one, Whitley treated him as if he were her own. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely caring, making sure he was comfortable, well-loved, and happy throughout his stay. One of the things we appreciated most was her communication. It was so reassuring to see him relaxed, receiving affection, and settling in so well with her. When we picked him up, he was healthy, content, and clearly had been very well cared for.
