Needless to say I was freaking out. So I saw Rover and began to scroll what seemed like hundreds of profiles and then I came across Miss Evelyn. And I’m so glad I did. I loved her face, her profile was just as nice and her reviews were GLORIOUS! Our meet & greet was fabulous. I let her know all of Billy’s good and bad habits and her response was encouraging and positive. Her dogs are very well behaved and she had total control. I was extremely nervous as this was my first time utilizing Rover, as I usually book with PetSmart but I wanted to make sure my senior dog was well taken care of as boarding can be stressful for older dogs. Once we had the meet and greet, my dogs immediately loved Jess. She made sure that their routine stayed as close to the same as at home to ensure their comfort, and sent pictures and updates daily (which I loved).
