I was extremely nervous as this was my first time utilizing Rover, as I usually book with PetSmart but I wanted to make sure my senior dog was well taken care of as boarding can be stressful for older dogs. Once we had the meet and greet, my dogs immediately loved Jess. She made sure that their routine stayed as close to the same as at home to ensure their comfort, and sent pictures and updates daily (which I loved). We should not have been nervous. Breanna took wonderful care of our dog, and he came home happy and healthy — and healthy is a big deal because new situations sometimes make him so nervous that his digestive system gets disrupted upon coming home. That did not happen. Breanna sent us regular updates and pictures of our boy, and was extremely flexible with a couple small changes to our plan. I highly recommend her, and would definitely book with her again.”
